It's time to remember to focus on yourself again.

Breathe in the deepest breath you've ever taken today.

And breathe it all out.

Visualize yourself standing in a waterfall of light.

You imagine the cold water in your skin.

And as the water falls,

You feel stress and tension being washed away.

Breathe in deep,

And breathe out deep.

You relax deeper as you imagine water getting inside of your skin.

And as it penetrates your skin,

You feel the energy of the water cleansing you from the inside out.

Breathe in deep from your nose.

And breathe out deep from your mouth.

You feel yourself energized as the light pours in all around you.

Relax your face.

Relax your neck.

Relax your shoulders.

Breathe in deep,

And breathe out deep.

Relax your chest.

Relax your arms.

Relax your fingers.

Relax your belly.

Breathe in deep,

And breathe out deep.

Relax your spine.

Relax your hips.

Relax your butt.

Breathe in deep,

And breathe out deep.

Relax your legs.

Relax your feet.

Relax your toes.

Breathe in deep,

And breathe out deep.

Notice the energy inside of your body.

Say these affirmations to yourself as you put your right hand in your heart,

And your left hand in your belly.

I am energy,

And positive energy flows through this physical body.

I am aware of the energy that I focus on each and every single day.

I choose to focus on things that uplift me,

And make me grow.

I lovingly check in with myself when I am feeling tension,

Anxiety,

And anger arise from my body.

The more I give myself permission to rest,

I give myself more energy to create space for healing and growth.

Breathe in deep,

And breathe out deep.

Open your eyes,

Smile,

Laugh.

Shift the energy you feel by allowing yourself to slow down and enjoy a little.

You are amazing.
