Welcome to this guided meditation.

We're going to focus on opening ourselves up to feeling more grateful by practicing how to recognize gratitude throughout our daily life.

Find a comfortable position,

Whether it be seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Allowing your belly to expand.

As you exhale through your mouth,

Feel your body relaxing and releasing any tension or tightness.

Continue breathing slowly and deeply throughout this meditation.

With each breath,

You will sink deeper and into a relaxed state,

Letting go of your surroundings.

In this tranquil state,

We turn our attention to gratitude,

A powerful practice that opens our hearts to the abundance and beauty that surrounds us.

Imagine yourself in a serene garden,

A haven of nature's wonders.

Picture vibrant flowers in every hue,

Tall trees swaying gently,

And the sweet melodies of birdsong filling the air.

Look around and appreciate the beauty and serenity of your garden.

As you immerse yourself in this garden of gratitude,

Allow your senses to come alive.

Notice the colors,

Textures,

And scents that surround you.

Feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin and the soft grass beneath your feet.

A soft breeze makes the skin on your arms tingle,

And a butterfly dances before you.

This garden is a symbol of the abundant blessings in your life.

Every flower,

Straw of grass,

And small bird is a blessing given to you by the universe.

Feel how your heart grows with gratitude at the many wonders around you.

Now bring to mind the people,

Things,

And experiences that elicit a deep sense of gratitude within you.

Do not relive them or engage with them.

They are simply moments that were given to you.

Acknowledge them,

Then let them pass.

Reflect on the moments of joy,

Love,

And connection that have touched your heart.

Allow these memories to bloom like flowers in your garden,

Each one radiating its own unique beauty and significance.

With each inhale,

Draw in the essence of gratitude,

And with each exhale,

Let it permeate every cell of your being.

You are drawing in the love and well-wishes of millions of people around the world that are connected to you through meditation.

Feel the warmth expanding from your heart,

Embracing your entire body with a profound sense of appreciation and contentment.

Take a few moments to simply rest in this space of gratitude,

Allowing it to nourish and replenish your spirit.

Feel the energy of gratitude flowing through you,

Filling you with a deep sense of peace and harmony.

As we gently come to the end of this practice,

Take a final deep breath.

Say goodbye for now to your garden,

And know that it is waiting for you to return soon.

As you exhale,

Gently open your eyes,

Returning to the present moment,

Carrying the spirit of gratitude with you.

Gratitude is not just a fleeting emotion,

It's a way of being,

A lens through which we can view the world with greater clarity and appreciation.

May your journey be filled with countless moments of gratitude and inner radiance.

Thank you for sharing this practice with me.
