Taking a moment right now to close your eyes,

And letting your body soften.

Softening into the seat beneath you,

And letting go of any tense energy you may be holding on to right now.

Taking a deep breath in,

And sigh it out.

Even deeper breath in,

And audibly sigh it out.

Deepest breath in,

And with a shake,

Sigh it out.

Letting your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your mouth,

All around your neck,

Your shoulders,

Letting them completely drop.

You don't have to hold on to it any longer.

Letting your upper back,

Your shoulder blades,

Your chest,

Letting your chest open.

You don't need to guard your heart any longer.

Deep breath in,

And release it out,

And softening your belly with that.

You don't have to suck it in.

No one's judging you.

Letting your belly just hang loose,

And softening your lower back,

Your glutes,

Your hips,

Any emotion you're holding onto there,

Your legs,

Any tightness there,

Your knees,

Your calves.

You don't have to do it all alone,

And your feet,

Letting your entire body be loose,

And feeling the energy just flow now through you with ease and grace.

Taking a deep breath in,

And sighing it out with a smile.

Feeling how good it feels to be in your body,

To be in this temple that you get to experience life through,

Yes,

The joy,

The dance,

The exploration,

The love,

Giving gratitude now for your body,

For this human experience,

Repeating the mantra,

Thank you.

Thank you.

And let's take a deep breath in slowly now.

Hold at the top,

Repeating thank you,

Thank you,

And exhale it out.

You are here,

You are grounded,

You are present.

And from this place of deep rootedness,

I invite you to gently move your body,

And peel open your eyes,

Coming back to the space now with grounding and deep embodiment.
