Welcome back to the Manifestation Challenge,
And today we're at the midpoint.
You've set a clear intention,
Felt it in your body,
Rewired your mindset,
And released what's in the way.
Now today,
We stabilize.
Accessing a calm state is an essential part of the Manifestation practice,
Because if we're always trying to hustle our way towards our next goal,
We never quite end up there because our nervous system feels like we're in this constant state of rush.
This is why it's important to anchor into calm and trust,
And that's exactly what we're going to do in today's practice.
I invite you to close your eyes and to relax into your seat.
Allow your face to soften,
Your shoulders to soften,
Your heart to open,
Your belly to be soft,
Your legs to relax in a comfortable position,
And feeling yourself grounded to the seat beneath you.
Shaking off any points of excess energy in your body,
So you can come to a place of equilibrium.
And I invite you to use the breath to unknot any tension in your body,
Allowing your exhales to soften any edges.
And as you inhale and exhale,
I invite you to feel the flow,
Feel the way that your breath connects,
Feel the rhythm between the inhale and the exhale,
Feel the dance that your body does in this beautiful state,
And anchoring into your knowing that it's all connected.
You're exactly where you need to be,
And right now,
You can let it go.
Today's affirmation is one that came to me in a time of chaos in my life that brought me complete ease,
And I'd love to share it with you.
It goes,
Trust,
Flow,
Surrender,
Let go.
Say it with me now.

Repeating this mantra in your head.
Now coming back to your body,
Back to your breath,
Back to this present moment,
Knowing that the mantra will always be with you.
It's even a song.

Let go.
I'm the one I've been waiting for.
And as we close this meditation practice,
I invite you to take a moment to tune into how you feel.
Notice the peace,
The calm,
The trust,
Knowing that you're always divinely supported and guided,
And that no matter where life takes you,
You'll always be exactly where you're meant to be.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling out.
And with this calm energy,
You are set up for tomorrow's gratitude-driven magnetism.
