And taking a moment right now to gently close your eyes and place one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.
Taking a deep breath in and sighing it all out.
And deep inhale in and sigh it out.
Now deepest inhale in and audibly with a shake sigh it out,
Releasing all that is not serving you in this moment right now.
Any lingering thoughts of anything that you were doing earlier that is not needed right now in this space,
Let's just imagine it moving outside our room or wait outside the door for us if need be,
Or we can just throw it away,
But it's not needed in this space right now.
All you need is your highest self.
And any thoughts that come by,
Just visualize them like clouds in the sky.
Don't get attached to their story.
Don't dive into them and try to dissect why they're there.
Just let them be.
And now noticing your breath.
Are you breathing heavy or shallow?
Noticing where in your body your breath is coming from.
Is it your chest,
Your throat,
Your belly?
And try to lengthen and deepen it,
Allowing your belly to rise and fall like the sunset or a baby's belly.
Big juicy belly breaths.
You are here.
You are now.
This is all that matters.
You can relax now.
You can let it go.
You don't need to figure everything out.
Just take this moment right now for you.
You deserve it.
Giving yourself those big breaths your body has been craving all day.
How nourishing it feels to heal with your breath.
Each breath bringing you greater presence,
Clarity,
Alignment,
Joy.
Bringing a smile now to your face.
Feeling gratitude for yourself for showing up at this time.
For taking a moment to take care of you.
I honor you for that.
It's brave in this crazy world.
Giving yourself that love that you've been craving maybe for weeks,
Months,
Years.
Give yourself that right now.
Say I love you name.
I love you.
I'm here for you.
I got you.
And giving yourself a big hug.
Feeling all this love that your highest self has for you,
Your human form.
It's always looking out for you.
It's always guiding the way.
It always wants the best for you even when it feels like things are falling apart.
It's just paving the way for something more in line that you just can't see yet.
Giving yourself that deep gratitude for the trust that it takes to honor your intuition in this loud world.
And allowing yourself to fully receive any messages that your highest self has for you right now.
