Namaste,
Goddesses.
It is Sahara Rose.
And in this meditation,
We are going to be tackling overwhelm and bringing it to rest.
What I am collectively noticing,
And I've experienced this throughout my own life,
Is we're in a period of psychic overwhelm.
There is a lot of information circling the internet,
Social media,
And also energetically in our atmosphere.
We are being overwhelmed by options,
By text messages,
By emails,
By everything in our lives.
And though we have so many options and so many opportunities,
It can feel really difficult to know where to turn.
And you see,
Goddess,
You were born with a soul purpose that you were meant to fulfill.
And sometimes that takes putting away the things that are not in your highest alignment,
At least for the time being,
So you can actualize your Dharma into your reality.
And you see,
Sometimes Dharma requires different steps.
Sometimes it requires learning about something maybe unrelated or you feel is unrelated and that leads you to your Dharma or doing something that feels like it's just for fun and that guides you to something else or having a job that you know is not going to be your lifelong job,
But it's the experience that you needed to get to the next place.
Oftentimes,
We are so focused on how can I do what I want to do right now that we don't look at this beautiful scale that we go through and we experience and how one thing adds to the next and we can only see this red thread when we're looking retrospectively at our lives.
But it is important for us to tap into our intuition and know what it is that we are meant to focus on at this moment given all of the opportunities to take us to our highest alignment.
So in this meditation,
We will be tackling overwhelm and helping bring more clarity in your life so you can know exactly what you are meant to focus on.
I invite you now to take a comfortable seat and close your beautiful eyes.
Take a deep inhale in and sigh it out.
Deep inhale in and sigh it out.
Deep inhale in and sigh it out.
Continue coming to your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Allowing your mind to calm.
Coming back to the body,
Back to the center of the breath.
Into this moment.
I want you right now to imagine your soul rising and rising from your body.
Seeing your life from a higher perspective.
Your soul is witnessing everything it is that you are doing.
It is seeing this grand trajectory of your life.
Seeing where your energy is flowing.
What you are working on.
Stressing about.
It is Now that your soul has a clear vision of all that is happening in your life and in your mind,
I want you to ask your soul some questions.
What is it that I need to focus my energy on?
What projects are in the highest alignment with my greatest good?
What am I focusing my energy on that is not in alignment with my highest good?
What message has my highest self been trying to tell me that I have not been able to do and have not been listening to?
How can I create systems and processes in my life to make it go easier and smoother?
What am I focusing my energy on right now that is actually stagnant or blocked?
What do I need to know that I do not know right now?
And now repeat after me.
Please guide me so I can remain focused on my Dharma.
Allow me to feel exactly what it is I need to focus on at this time.
Please place in front of me the exact collaborations that my soul requires to fulfill its Dharma.
Please allow what is meant for me easy and effortless.
I am committed to my Dharma.
I vow to notice the signs.
I trust the directions I am receiving.
I came to this planet to be of service.
And placing your hands on your heart.
Giving the utmost gratitude to yourself,
To your guides,
To your ancestors,
To your soul for always guiding you along the way.
Fully integrating back all parts of you.
Reuniting with your soul.
Reuniting with your highest self.
Calling in all parts of you that may be fragmented at this moment.
Calling in your complete whole self.
Digging into your body,
Knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.
And that after this meditation,
You will know exactly what you need to focus on.
Focusing your fingers,
Your toes,
Circling your shoulders and gently opening your eyes.
Taking several moments in stillness with your eyes open.
Witnessing the slowness of life,
The simplicity and how even when things feel fast and hectic,
It is only the workings of your mind.
And you can always come back in,
Check in with your soul and see exactly where you need to focus your energy.
Thank you so much for sharing this practice with me and for being of the highest service.
Namaste.
