Take a few moments to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and soften into presence. This short guided practice invites you to release tension, tune into your natural rhythm, and embrace the flow of your emotions—without judgment or resistance. Through gentle breath awareness and intuitive movement, you'll create space for ease, trust, and self-connection. Let this be your reminder: you are not meant to be rigid—you are meant to flow.

I just wanted to start us out with a little bit of a grounding practice.

So an opportunity to connect with the rhythm of your breath,

Your emotions,

Kind of your inner flow.

And so I will invite you to just find a comfortable position and let your feet meet the earth if that's comfortable.

If your legs are crossed beneath you,

That's fine too.

Just get into a comfortable space and find a little more length in the spine.

Release a little more effort in your being.

Begin to notice the rhythm of your breath.

And if you'd like to,

You might close or soften down your eyes.

And I'll invite you to first just begin to notice the rhythm of your breath.

Feel the air as it comes and goes.

Finding the space of stillness.

Feeling your body supported by the earth.

And as we're ready,

Just gently emptying the breath.

Taking a deep inhale through the nose.

Feeling your breath rise like a wave.

And exhaling perhaps through your mouth with a soft sigh.

Just letting your body soften and release tension.

And an invitation to repeat this slow,

Fluid breathing for just a few cycles.

Deep breath into the nose.

Sighing it out through the mouth,

Letting go.

Letting the breath come and go like a wave.

You might even intuitively gently sway or rock your body.

Just like water responding to a breeze.

Letting your movements be small,

Natural,

Intuitive.

Just enough to feel the flow of energy through your spine and hips.

And an invitation to just silently and without judgment,

Ask yourself,

What am I feeling right now?

No need to fix or change anything.

Just notice and name it with compassion.

And then if it resonates with you,

You might choose to place one hand on your heart and one hand on your lower belly.

Letting the breath be natural and connecting to that natural flow of breath.

And you might whisper to yourself silently or aloud,

I trust my emotions.

I am safe to feel and express.

I embrace my creativity and flow.

Just offer yourself one more great big breath,

Feeling your whole body soft and fluid.

When you're ready,

You can release your hands and gently open your eyes and come back into this space.

With a sense of ease and presence.

And just allowing this practice to be a gentle reminder that you are not meant to be rigid.

You're meant to flow.
