
Calling Back Your Power

This meditation guides you into stillness, helping you tune into where you may have been giving your power away to thoughts, people, or patterns that no longer serve you. Through breath and awareness, you’ll gently release what’s not aligned and call your energy back to yourself. You’ll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and clear in your intentions moving forward.

This meditation is gonna be a really fun one.
We are gonna spend some time looking for where we are giving our power away and if you've been feeling tired,
If you've been feeling drained and burned out,
This is gonna be a perfect meditation for you.
One thing that happens is we don't realize but we begin to give our power away to so many things and when we feel fatigued and tired in life it's likely because we're quite literally giving our energy to things that are draining us or staying in resistance to people and situations that's exhausting us and when we take a moment to notice and to get honest with ourselves we give ourselves the space to let go and call back our power and our energy so that we can use it for conscious creation rather than unconscious resistance.
So let's just take some time to come down into a calm relaxed space.
So we'll just begin to breathe and we'll take three deep breaths.
The deepest breaths that you may have taken all day and they'll be slow deep breaths and slow exhales all the way out through the nose.
So take a deep breath in through the nose now and exhale out again and another deep breath in and a deep slow breath out and one last deep breath all the way in and a slow relaxed breath out and just letting your breath return back to normal cadence allowing it to find its natural rhythm.
If you haven't closed down your eyes yet feel free to close them now and with your eyes closed just begin to imagine the space around you through your mind's eye without peeking.
Trust that your intuitive vision will come online and just start to scan from left to right slowly seeing everything through your intuitive vision.
If you're inside notice the walls,
The doors,
The windows,
The floor and the ceiling and all the objects in the space and if you're somewhere else just begin to imagine and visualize the space through your third eye shifting from external sight of their eyes to the internal sight of the spirit.
As you find yourself oriented in this space we'll begin to just feel into our bodies just scanning through our bodies from our head down to the neck noticing spaces of tension tightness or space and ease,
The shoulders,
Arms,
Forearms and hands,
Fingers and scanning down through the chest,
The stomach,
The pelvis,
The thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Feet and toes.
Just noticing the body,
Noticing what's alive within you and in this still and centered place connect with your breath.
Just watching the breath,
Following the breath in,
Following the breath out,
Feeling the sensations of the breath through the nose,
In the throat,
Maybe in the chest expanding.
Now we'll begin to scan through your life just begin to notice with ease what's been feeling heavy,
What's been feeling tiresome and just allow it all to come up with ease allowing your intuitive awareness to show you the relationships that may be weighing on you,
Maybe the roles that you've been playing,
The activities you've been doing.
Just notice what's felt heavy,
What feels like it's been taking your energy and what have you been giving your power to.
Just noticing the whole spectrum of your life and just noticing it with ease,
Just a pure conscious observation.
No need to get wrapped up in any one thing,
Just notice each thing and move on.
Our lives are like trees,
We have many leaves,
Many relationships,
Activities,
Roles that make up our full tree of leaves but every once in a while it comes time to prune our tree,
To clear out the old leaves that are taking energy so that we may transform our old creations into ether,
So that they may be recreated and transformed into what's next.
And the way that we prune our trees is just by noticing,
Just starting to notice what we've been holding on to,
What we've been holding on to maybe by resisting it and noticing how much energy it's been taking to hold on or resist.
And with the breath and the exhale,
Allowing the energy of just letting go,
Move through our beings,
Allowing those energies of attachment and resistance that lie within us to just let go,
To give way to space and noticing what that space feels like.
When we let go,
We feel relief,
Like a deep sigh,
We feel a sense of possibility for what might come next.
Just breathe for a moment,
Breathe into any space that might feel heavy and allow the energy of letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
It is time to call your power back,
Dear soul.
Your power flows through you and is yours to direct.
There is a divine power that comes through all of us.
It is a gift and we are able to direct our power through our conscious awareness to what we want to focus on or what we are guided to focus on.
And sometimes through unconscious,
We spring a bunch of holes in the flow of our energy and we begin to feel drained,
Feel disempowered by relationships,
By old roles that we've been playing that have worn out,
By things that we've done out of habit that are no longer serving us.
And when we get calm and quiet,
We can notice these leaks.
We can notice where we are giving our power away,
Where our life force energy is being directed to things that are no longer serving us.
And as we begin to be consciously aware of where our energy is flowing,
We begin to break the spells and begin to make the unconscious conscious.
And instantly we call our power back.
And as we call our power back,
We can feel,
We can feel guilty or shameful for what we've been doing or for how we've been using our power,
What we've been focusing on.
But know that all of this served a purpose.
They all served a purpose.
But now it's time to let it all go.
To make space for what's next.
To call back your powerful divine energy.
To begin to create what's ahead.
And as we call back our power,
As we illuminate the heavy areas of life,
The things we've been in resistance to,
Anything feeling exhausting,
We let go of all the things that have worn out.
And we let go of everything that we've been clinging to and let go of everything we've been resisting.
And as we call our power back,
We can set an intention for what we want to feel as we move forward through life.
What do you want to feel?
What do you want to feel?
Whatever it is,
Breathe this intention in now and feel it deep within you.
Allow it to permeate every cell of your being.
Allow it to ignite something within you.
Something your soul has been craving.
Underneath all that heaviness and feel the power being called back into your being now.
Feel the energy coursing through you.
And know that it is yours to direct.
Know that it is your power.
And whether through divine guidance or your free will,
You get to choose where it flows.
Take three big,
Deep,
Powerful breaths in.
Exhaling all the way out.
Another deep breath in.
All the way back out,
Moving the fingers and toes.
And one last big,
Powerful breath in deep into your lungs.
And a sigh out.
Allowing the eyes to open back up again.
Feeling refreshed,
Renewed,
And empowered as you move through the rest of your day.
Keep this intention with you.
Hold it deep into your being.
And just notice what calls for your power.
What calls for your energy.
And then allow your free will and your divine guidance to show you exactly what you want to give your power to.
