This book is a tool to guide us to something better.

To thrive by becoming more aware of our body's makeup.

When I focus on my choices,
I focus on how they will affect me and other people.
When I focus on my options and listen to my body,
I make choices that support my best self.
I vibrate higher when I focus on the water I drank.

When I am intentional about what goes in my body,
I learn the different types of water.
I know my body needs water to live,
So I make good choices when hydrating my body and choose water with minerals.
I vibrate higher when I focus on the thoughts I think.

When I think about what I'm thinking about,
I can guide my thoughts to support me.
I can redirect thoughts that are not true or do not feel good.
I must first become aware of what I'm thinking.
I vibrate higher when I focus on the people I meet.

When I meet new people,
I am sure to show them how I want to be treated by displaying those same behaviors.
When I focus on the kinds of people I meet,
I have the power to decide who gets to share my energy and space.
I vibrate higher when I focus on the things I see.

As I become more aware of what is around me,
I can begin to learn from everything I see.
I start to understand how things are connected and learn to give support and find support and motivation everywhere I go.

Musical vibrations have the power to communicate with our brains.
When I focus on the vibration and the music around me,
I can control the communication and how my brain is trained and my emotions are manipulated.

When I am in tune with my own feelings,
I can better guide my choices and ability to find solutions.
When I focus on my feelings,
I can learn more about my likes and dislikes and how to operate best in community.

Keeping my mind on my goals allows a better chance at completing them.
When I focus on my goals,
I am changing the world.

When I am aware of my place in community,
I know how to show up for others effectively.

I can accomplish more and work cohesively with others.

When I understand and focus on my habits,
I can change them for the better.
When I am intentional about my habits,
I can increase success.

The more I focus on the balance of life,
I learn that guilt and blame have no place.
I understand that even with good intentions,
Mistakes will be made.
Balance will be restored in the end.

We all make mistakes,
But when you find the lesson in it,
Then there is no loss.
When I focus on the lessons,
I learn and I can help others learn too.
It motivates me not to repeat mistakes and to share my experiences with others.

When I reflect on my accomplishments and completed projects,
I am motivated to do more.
When I recognize my personal progress,
I learn more about myself and find new ways to challenge more growth.

When I remember what love is,
I remember that I am love.

Being love,
Feeling love,
Giving love,
And receiving love,
I find more love and I find it easier to exist happily.

When I keep in mind my growth and goals,
