Grounding To Mother Earth
Welcome to this grounding guided meditation. Earthing (or grounding) has been well studied and proven to increase overall health in humans. Developing a daily practice of visual or physical grounding is recommended. This meditation invites the listener to enjoy a body scan and repeat the grounding mantras while focusing on the breath.
