The earth has everything we need.
If we are in alignment,
We can receive it naturally.
Allow the earth's energy to come up through your feet.
Feel the current in your legs as it travels past your hips and into your back and your chest.
Breathe this energy into your arms and your hands.
Feel the energy as it rises up through your neck,
Into your head,
And finally reaching your crown.
You are energized.
You are balanced.
