Focused breathing is a powerful process. When you are focused on your breathing, it allows your mind to stop thinking about what might be troubling you. It is a method for quietening your mind. When you mind is quite then you can reprogram your mind , you can choose to think thoughts of appreciation. Breathing meditation following by appreciation is the best combination to reprogram your mind and to start attraction into your life all your wishes and dreams.

Focus breathing is the most powerful process.

When you are focused upon your breathing,

You cannot be focused upon anything else that troubles you.

When you focus on your breathing,

You quiet your mind.

When you quiet your mind,

You stop thoughts.

Therefore,

We are going to start this meditation with a simple breathing meditation.

When your mind is quiet,

Then you can reintroduce new thoughts and reprogram your mind.

Breathing meditation,

Following by appreciation,

Is the best combination.

When you are using the word appreciation,

You are using the vibration of pure love.

Pure love and appreciation are identical vibration.

It is the vibration of being in enlightenment with who I am.

And as I focus myself into love and appreciation,

More wonderful things to love and to appreciate will flow into my life with ease and abundance.

It is law.
