This is a higher self meditation.
Find a comfortable seat.
Close your eyes.
Sit up straight.
Relax your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your face.
Start to tap into your natural breath.
Deepen your inhales and your exhales.
Allow your spine to get a little bit straighter.
In your mind's eye,
Envision a golden shimmering cord.
See it drop from the center of the universe.
And from the center of the universe,
See it fall through the center of the crown of your head.
And it goes through the center of your body,
Your stomach,
Your seat,
All the way to the core of the earth.
See this golden thread connecting you to the beautiful sky,
The grounding,
Nourishing earth.
Root yourself and rise.
Now in your mind's eye,
Envision the day ahead.
And with soft and steady rhythmic breath,
See yourself waking up.
Finding a good morning stretch.
A little smile comes to your face.
See yourself rise up out of bed.
Go to the bathroom.
Wash your face.
Brush your teeth.
See yourself gracefully,
Effortlessly,
Almost floating,
Moving through these daily habits and rituals.
There's absolutely no resistance.
Skating through life.
Now see yourself continuing with your morning routine.
Maybe that's having a nice warm cup of coffee or tea or matcha.
Sitting down to a meditation,
Which you are in.
Well done.
And now see yourself coming out of your meditation.
Envision yourself coming out of this meditation.
Going back into the world.
How do you move?
How do you show up?
How do you respond?
What are your thoughts?
The quality of our lives is directed and dictated by the quality of our thoughts.
So how do you want this to go?
Invite space for miracles.
Perhaps there's an email that you want to receive,
A phone call,
A message.
Maybe a beautiful,
Magical encounter with a friend or a future business partner or maybe even a soulmate.
See what you want in your mind's eye.
Make it very,
Very clear.
And then allow yourself to fully feel,
With every cell of your body,
The emotions that that experience will evoke in you.
Tap into the energy frequency of whatever it is you want to happen.
Maybe a slight smile comes to your face.
Maybe you sit up a little bit straighter.
Maybe you root down a little bit more through your hips.
Maybe you feel your core.
Staying connected to that breath.
Hold on to this feeling,
This energy frequency,
For one more little moment.
Take in a sip of air.
Breathe in through your nose.
Fill up your lungs.
Reach through the crown of your head.
As you exhale,
Open your mouth.
Let it all go.
Take another deep breath in.
Gently hold it at the top.
Keep in your mind's eye this vision of whatever you saw,
However you want your day to go.
Take in one more sip of air.
Open mouth,
Exhale,
Release,
Let go.
Everything you want,
You can have.
And it starts in your mind and in your heart.
