In this Yoga Nidra, we will be leaning into a slightly more passive practice of conscious rest and relaxation. During which, I invite you to relax - consciously, or in other words, on purpose. Unlike more traditional seated meditations, for this practice, I encourage you to lay down and make yourself comfortable. Grab a blanket, an eye pillow if you have one, as well as a bolster or pillow underneath your knees. Shut any shades, turn the lights down low and allow yourself to be guided.
