After finding the physical practice of yoga and learning more about the ancient wisdom and philosophies, Molly began to experience moments of deep presence, peace and ease. Over the past 10 years, she followed the proverbial breadcrumbs and devoted herself to studying, living and sharing the practices and perspectives that quite literally changed her life. As a teacher, Molly’s mission is to calmly and courageously guide students back to their breath, their body and the present moment. Her approach is honest, accessible, playful and deeply heart-centered. At the core of her offerings, Molly humbly shares what she knows to be true in hopes that it leads to more courageous individual action, a deeper sense of belongingness and community and greater love for everyone, everywhere with no exceptions.
