The biggest thing most people get wrong about manifesting the life of their dreams is not connecting the the emotional energy of already having it. So long as we focus on calling in what we presently don't have, we will remain in an energy of scarcity and lack. In order to truly call in what we want, we must live as if we already have it. This short meditation is to guide you towards that emotional energy and to bring you closer to the frequency of that which you desire.

This is a manifestation meditation.

Close your eyes,

Find a comfortable seat,

Perhaps you're laying down.

Soften your gaze,

Relax your muscles,

Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.

Let tension melt from your face,

Down your shoulders,

Relax your back,

The muscles of your legs.

Take a big deep breath in through the nose,

Fill up your lungs,

And an open mouth exhale,

Let it go.

Visualize this energy through your breath.

Inhale,

Fill up from your toes to your knees,

Your belly,

Chest,

Shoulders,

Crown.

Exhale,

Let it go.

One more time,

Just like that.

Big breath in,

Fill up from your toes to your crown.

Big exhale,

Let it go.

Breathe naturally,

Normally.

Keep your focus on the inhales and the exhales.

With each inhale,

You bring life,

Energy,

Prana into your body and each exhale,

It's like a clean slate.

Inhale,

You fill up.

Exhale,

You let it go.

Now bring to your mind's eye the future that you are envisioning for yourself.

Whatever it is that in this moment in time you are wanting,

See that vision and hold it in your mind's eye,

Hold it in your heart.

And notice the energy of wanting.

Notice the energy of wanting something,

Of wanting some reality,

Some future that isn't quite here yet.

Perhaps you notice that that energy is lacking.

It is in lack.

So what we'll do today is we're going to shift this energy of wanting into the energy of having.

So whatever it is that you are desiring for yourself and your life and your future,

We're going to shift our energy and the emotion attached to that energy as if it already exists,

As if you already have it.

So see whatever it is,

Whatever situation,

Whatever experience you are longing to have,

And drop into what it would be like to have it.

What it would look like,

What it would feel like.

Perhaps you say to yourself,

I am in a new job that values my time and energy and creativity,

And I have a boss and a manager who looks out for me and praises me and supports me and helps me grow.

I'm learning,

I'm evolving,

I am adding value to the world.

And I'm being generously compensated for my efforts and my work.

People believe in me.

Perhaps you say to yourself,

I am in a loving relationship with a generous and kind partner.

Someone who chooses me every day and who really sees me and who loves me unconditionally.

I don't feel the need to change or better myself or pretzel to fit some sort of mold.

I feel safe and supported to just be me.

And this love has nourished me and inspired me and it's bled into every part of my life.

See this love that you are longing for and feel it.

Feel it in your heart.

See it in your mind.

Allow your body to get a little bit lighter.

Allow your love to shine a little bit brighter.

And whatever experience you are craving,

You are wanting,

You are longing.

As long as it's coming from a place of want and not present have,

That's where the misalignment happens with manifesting.

So staying connected to your breath now,

Breathing in through the nose,

Breathing out through the nose,

Allow yourself to believe and trust and have faith.

And accept right now the energy of whatever it is that you want.

Call that in and say it affirmingly in your head.

I have XYZ.

A job that I love.

A partner who sees me and loves me and chooses me.

A home that feels like my sanctuary.

I have friends and community who inspire me to be better.

I have opportunities flowing towards me.

Abundance is my energy,

My frequency.

Call in boundless gratitude for whatever it is.

Tap into that frequency.

Gratitude for what is not what you want anymore.

Now it's what is.

Deep,

Deep reverence,

Appreciation,

Gratitude for what is.

I am seen.

I am loved.

I am inspired.

I am safe.

Perhaps you bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly,

Maybe both hands to your heart.

Tapping into this heart space,

Really feeling it in every cell of your body.

What is the vision for your future?

And how can you connect to an energy and an emotional space of having it right now?

And whatever it is is possible.

The potential is there.

Live as if it is and it will be.

One last deep,

Clear visualization of whatever it is you are grateful for.

And then really,

Really allowing yourself to receive the energy and the emotions and the feelings associated with this experience.

See it.

Feel it.

And so it is.
