This is a future self meditation.
Find a comfortable physical position.
Soften your gaze.
Close your eyes.
Relax your body.
Release any tension you may be holding.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Allow yourself to be exactly as you are,
Right now.
And tune in.
Stay with the inhale.
Stay with the exhale.
As you breathe in,
Feel your chest expand,
Your heart space open.
As you breathe out,
Let it all go.
Exhale completely.
Stay with this steady,
Even,
Natural breath.
And then from your heart space,
Connect to the elevated energy and emotion of your future self.
So there's a lot of components,
Aspects to what you may want,
Or desire,
Or long for,
Or dream of.
And anything that any of us can pinpoint.
It's not a thing,
Right?
It's not even a person.
Maybe you want to be in love,
But it's not about finding someone.
It's about experiencing whatever it is you think will come when you find someone.
Similarly with weight loss,
For example.
It's not about the number on the scale.
It's about the feeling and experience that that number will evoke.
So whatever it is you are dreaming of for your future self,
I have them too,
Right?
We all do.
Using your breath,
Open your heart space to that energy and that elevated emotion that you associate with what your future self would experience.
And perhaps you might feel a smile come to your face.
Go with that.
Joy and gratitude are powerful frequencies.
And we're going to go with those too for this experience now.
Joy and gratitude.
So as if whatever it is that you are dreaming of is here.
Come to a place of deep,
Complete gratitude for that experience,
For that person,
For that feeling,
For that job,
For that home,
For that stability and security,
For that love,
Freedom.
Feel that in your body.
Feel it in yourselves.
Get a little bit deeper.
And even deeper than that,
Can you feel this gratitude and joy in your bones?
The brain can't differentiate between real and imagined experiences.
So right now we're creating a strong emotional connection in your body,
Signaling that experience.
The fastest,
Most effective,
Quickest,
Surest way to get there,
Wherever there is for you,
Is to connect to the energy and the emotions associated with what you want.
So you might be thinking,
Yeah,
I'm feeling gratitude.
Okay,
Great.
I'm feeling joy.
Well,
Can you feel it a little bit more?
Can you go a little bit deeper?
Allow your mind to run right now.
I know it's crazy in meditation,
Right?
But just take a moment to imagine what that life looks like,
What it feels like,
What does it smell like?
Really breathe into all the aspects and elements of that future life,
That future experience,
That future version of you.
Tap deeply into the sensory components of that potential.
Get excited.
It's like the anticipation of a vacation,
Of a trip,
Right?
Allow yourself to go there.
Let it all play out.
Best case scenario,
Don't hold back.
Better than you could have ever imagined.
Go there,
Go all the way.
Go deep,
Go deep,
Go deep.
Bring one hand onto your heart and one hand onto your belly.
As you breathe in,
Allow yourself to be filled with hope and faith and trust that this future you,
That this future life,
Future circumstance,
Experience is coming.
And as you breathe out,
Release any doubt,
Worry,
Anxiety,
Fear.
As you breathe in,
Give life to this vision.
And as you breathe out,
Send it into the world.
And to put it all together,
Taking a moment now to get really clear on how this version of you shows up.
What he or she does in the morning,
Does at night,
How they walk about the world.
Because there is still space between who you are today and who you long to be.
What your experience is today and what your experience will be in the future.
And so the most efficient,
Clearest,
Cleanest way to connect those dots is to live and breathe and move from that place of deep gratitude and reverence as if what you want is already here.
So we can't change the current experience,
Right?
We can't just bring it to be.
What we can change is the version of you that's living in this moment.
And that version of you lives in the version of your world that you want.
So we're working with what we got.
Trust,
Believe,
Be grateful.
Tap back into that place often,
All the time.
See if you can stay there.
Believe until you receive.
And trust that every bump and hiccup,
Obstacle,
Dead end,
Along the way,
If and when they come,
They're all opportunities for you to grow and rise on the journey.
This feeling that you want is available to you now.
The circumstances might be different.
So we'll need to work a little bit to release those expectations.

You can have it right now.

Feel this energy rise up your knees,
Your thighs,

Your low back,

Feel this energy run down your arms to the tips of your fingers and then back up your arms through your throat,
Through your face,
To the crown of your head.
Buzzing.

Your vibe attracts your tribe.
