Hi love,

Wherever you are in the world and in whatever state,

Mental,

Physical,

Emotional,

Permission to just exist in that.

There's nothing for you to do and nowhere for you to go.

There's no better or worse way for you to participate in this practice other than to just be and just breathe.

The practice itself is simply a practice of tuning in and tuning in again and tuning in again.

Guiding your focus towards whatever exists in this present moment for you without judgment or identification.

So right here and right now I invite you to release any expectation of how you think this should go or how you think this should feel.

Find whatever position is most comfortable for you in this moment and give yourself the space and grace to fidget.

If there's anything you can do now to make yourself feel even just a little bit more comfortable,

Please,

Please,

Please honor that.

Maybe you would feel better laying down.

That's perfectly all right.

Everything from me is a suggestion.

This practice is in dedicated devotion to you.

So take a moment now to gently close your eyes.

Start to bring awareness to your breath.

Notice the physical sensations of breathing,

Maybe for the first time today.

Observe the expansion and contraction with each inhale and each exhale.

If you're laying down,

Allow your body to fully release into the earth.

Allow yourself to be supported and held.

Invitation to bring one hand to your belly and one hand to your chest.

Alternatively,

If you're seated,

Bring your hands to your knees or thighs,

Palms facing down to ground.

Feel your sitting bones root down into the earth.

Lengthen your spine and reach the crown of your head towards the sky.

Stay connected to your breath.

Slow,

Full inhale,

Rolling into a steady,

Full exhale.

Big inhale,

Fill up your lungs,

Expand.

Big exhale,

Let it all go,

Contract.

As you inhale,

Mentally affirm to yourself,

I am safe in my body.

As you exhale,

Mentally affirm to yourself,

I trust myself to make nourishing decisions around food.

As you inhale,

I deserve to enjoy delicious meals.

As you exhale,

I trust myself to honor my fullness.

As you inhale,

Food is not the issue.

As you exhale,

The thoughts and rules I have around food,

Those are the issues.

As you inhale,

I will be present and savor every bite and every conversation.

As you exhale,

I will not allow myself to feel threatened or unsafe.

As you inhale,

My life will be filled with so many delicious meals.

As you exhale,

So I don't have to eat everything all at once.

As you inhale,

I will feed my body with the intention of feeling good.

And as you exhale,

I will eat mindfully as a spiritual practice.

As you inhale,

I am perfect,

Whole,

And lovely,

Exactly as I am.

As you exhale,

I release all fears and false appetites.

As you inhale,

I love every single part of me.

And as you exhale,

I will eat as a way of expressing this self-love.

I love every single part of me,

And I will eat as a way of expressing this self-love.

I love every single part of me,

And I will eat as a way of expressing this self-love.

Take a big inhale,

Fill up your lungs.

Notice that you are alive and breathing.

Big exhale,

Let it go.

Once more like that,

Big inhale,

Fill up.

Bigger exhale,

Release.

Know that you are safe.

Know that you are capable of making decisions for yourself,

For your highest self,

For your future self,

For your happiest self.

Know that you are perfect exactly as you are.

Nothing has to change.

You are perfect exactly as you are.

You are not broken.

You do not need to be fixed.

Keep this connection to your breath,

To yourself,

To a higher sense.

Enjoy your day.

Enjoy your meals.

Enjoy the connections you make along the way.
