This guided healing meditation introduces the concept of activating your self/healing abilities in the state of deep relaxation. Allow to be guided into this state of deep relaxation using the muscle relaxation technique, first. Then, explore the possibilities of self/healing that your body-mind unity offers, like recharging your cells, adjusting your energy, and unblocking patterns that cause inner stress. The meditation is easy to follow for beginners and also helpful for advanced medtiators.

Prepare yourself and allow during this healing meditation to go into a deeper state of relaxation.

The deeper state of relaxation allows for our natural healing abilities to start working by regenerating ourselves.

In this healing meditation,

We allow our natural healing abilities to come forth and support our healing in any way.

Sit comfortably with your back straight and your feet side by side flat on the ground.

Now close your eyes.

Take a couple of deep breaths to calm your emotion.

Now breathe in a normal rhythm.

Focus your attention on the different parts of your body.

Say relax with your inside voice to your head and let any tension in your head and face and jaw go.

Allow it to dissolve.

Focus on your neck and shoulders and say relax to your neck and shoulders and let any tension in this area go.

Focus on your arms.

Say relax to your arm and let any tension in your arms just melt away.

Now focus on your chest.

Say relax your chest and let any tension in this area just dissolve.

Focus on your belly,

Your lower abdomen and say relax to your belly and let any tension in this area go.

Focus on your lower back and kidneys and say relax to your lower back and kidneys and let all the tension in this area melt away.

Now focus on your pelvis and say relax to your pelvis and let any tension in this area just go.

Focus on your legs,

Your thighs,

Your calves and say relax to your legs and let all the tension stored here just flow down your legs,

Dissolve.

Now focus on your feet and say relax to your feet and let any tension in this area go.

Let all remaining tension that you feel anywhere in your body flow down through your feet into the ground and let it all go.

Focus on your body and relax.

Now that you focus on your body you can feel things that you did not notice before.

You have a different awareness about yourself.

What do you feel?

Where do you feel it?

Does it include emotions?

Shift your attention to the different parts of your body.

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your lower back,

Your upper back,

Your arms,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your face,

Your head.

Feel your body with a special awareness.

Address each part with softness.

You are safe.

You are well.

Now imagine a place that is particularly beautiful to you.

Imagine a little forest path and you walk on this path among the beautiful trees.

You walk for a little while and then you find your beautiful place.

In this place your natural healing abilities operate freely.

This is a place that you love to be in.

This is a place where you feel very safe,

Very secure.

This is a place that feels powerful to you.

Your beautiful place can be a forest,

Can be a little magical meadow,

It can be a secluded beach,

Turquoise ocean shores.

Your beautiful place can be on the bottom of a beautiful valley or a cozy cave with crystals glowing.

This place does not even have to really exist in this world.

You are completely free in creating this place.

Imagine it appears around you.

Now take some time to look.

What can you see?

Maybe there are trees or flowers or birds.

Maybe there is water.

You can hear sounds of nature.

Maybe you smell a lovely fragrance.

Being in this safe place you notice that your muscles relax even more.

You can expand your being.

In this beautiful place there is so much space for you.

Your breathing is easy.

Fresh oxygen is delivered to all cells in your body.

Now your cells can regenerate.

Now your body is repairing and renewing itself on every level.

There is nothing else you have to do while your body is doing this.

You can just enjoy being in this beautiful place in any way you like.

You are getting the rest that you always wanted.

Let yourself be surrounded by the energies of this place that you like.

Soak up the love.

Soak up these healing energies.

Whatever feels good.

Whatever feels nourishing.

Whatever feels healing.

As you allow this to be an enjoyable and a comfortable experience of deep relaxation,

You can know that as you relax this way,

Your body can direct its energy to whatever healing is needed.

Wherever the healing is needed,

Your body knows how to heal.

You can stay in this beautiful place as long as you like.

When it is time,

Leave your beautiful place and get back on the path leading out of the forest.

You will take with you the healing that you have received in this place and your peaceful state of mind.

Come back to this place whenever you want to.

Very slowly come back to the room and feel your body.

Wiggle your toes and fingers first before you start stretching your legs and arms.

Breathe deeply a couple of times and when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Namaste.
