This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
So please be sure that wherever you are listening to this audio,
You are in a safe and comfortable place,
Free from distractions,
Where you can fully relax and let go.
Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions,
Where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time,
Your subconscious mind will alert you and you will easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now,
Make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.
Allow your gently close as you take in a deep breath and let it out slowly.
And again,
Take another deep breath in,
Filling your lower and upper lungs and when you're ready,
You let it out nice and slowly.
You may start to feel your muscles releasing as you sink into the frame of your body comfortably,
Heavily and peacefully.
This is your time to relax now,
Your time just for you and as your relaxation deepens more and more,
You can let your mind wander to a beautiful garden.
It's a warm day and the temperature is just as you like it.
You walk slowly along the freshly cut lawn and look around at the beautiful flowers all around you,
Vibrant in colour,
So quiet,
So peaceful.
You come to a clearing and you see some steps leading down to a beach,
The vast stretch of pure white sand ahead of them.
There are hammocks at the bottom of the steps,
Gently swaying in the welcome breeze.
You can just about see the sea,
Gentle waves rolling in and out,
In and out.
You feel the soft touch of the lawn beneath your feet and it feels soothing to be at one with nature.
You look at the steps and notice there are exactly ten steps leading down to the beach and those inviting hammocks.
There is a firm handrail beside the steps.
In a moment I'd like you to imagine yourself walking down the steps one at a time as I count them down,
One by one,
And you realise that you get more and more relaxed with every step you take,
More and more comfortable with each step you take as I count them off.
So when you are ready to walk down the steps,
I want you to gently place your hand on the handrail and begin to slowly go down the steps as I count them off from ten to one.
Let's start.
Ten,
Deeply relaxed,
So comfortable.
Nine,
Another step down,
More and more relaxed now.
Eight,
Each step leading you further and further into relaxation.
Seven,
Deeply relaxed,
Deeply comfortable.
Six,
Each muscle releasing now.
Five,
More and more relaxed.
Four,
Almost at the bottom now,
Going down and down.
Three,
So comfortable,
So relaxed,
Sinking and sinking.
Two,
Almost at the bottom now,
Just one more step to go.
And one,
All the way down into total relaxation now.
And you reach the bottom of the steps.
You let go of the handrail and you let go of any worries or concerns.
You're now standing at the bottom of the steps and you lie down gently on the hammock closest to you,
So relaxed and at ease.
This is your time,
Just for you.
You can feel the hammock gently swaying.
You can hear the waves of the sea rolling in and out,
In and out,
As you allow yourself to let go completely.
With each and every day,
Your mind feels more focused,
Sharper,
As concentration comes easily to you.
You eliminate any distractions around you,
Reducing the amount of things you have on your plate,
As you prioritise more easily now.
Focusing on what you want to achieve in life,
All your successes to date,
And lessons learnt along the way.
Success comes more easily for you when you have more focus,
Giving you more drive,
Energy and motivation.
Each and every day,
You focus on what needs to be done today,
Versus what can wait until another day,
Or month.
Perhaps there are things you can ask someone to help you with.
Learning that you don't have to take everything on yourself.
You don't have to do everything perfectly.
Choosing to focus on one thing at a time,
Minimalising where your attention is needed.
Sharpening your focus,
As it's so much easier to focus and give something your 100% attention,
When you are not juggling multiple things.
You take regular,
Short breaks,
Perhaps going for a walk,
Calling a friend,
Taking time to put yourself first.
Perhaps you prefer to do some deep breathing or meditation.
These short breaks recharge and energise you,
Helping your mind to have more clarity,
To be able to think clearer,
To focus more.
I want you now to imagine a picture of all the things you have to think about and focus on.
You might have one thing,
Or multiple things.
If it's multiple things,
See the pictures as a collage.
Looking at the picture,
You can see it's very blurry,
Not clear,
And it's hard for you to focus on it.
This picture represents your mind and all that you have to do.
Next to this picture is a dial.
When you set forward and turn the dial,
It changes the focus of the picture.
The more you turn it,
The sharper the focus gets.
You can see the colours are brighter,
The picture is clearer,
And the focus is sharper.
Turn the dial now and watch the picture illuminate and become more clearer.
You have the ability to focus your mind on anything you want,
And when you do,
Great clarity and focus comes to you.
With a more focused mind comes more success,
And you have the time to do more of the things you set yourself.
You are able to think more clearly about your vision and goals in life,
What you want to achieve,
And how you will do it.
Success comes more easily to you now,
As your focus is sharper,
Remembering things you need to remember,
Retaining information more easily,
Yet being creative and able to problem solve and come up with ideas effortlessly.
You accomplish more and more each and every day.
