Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruption where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.
Now I want you to take a long deep breath in and hold it for the count of four.
And then breathe out for the count of six.
Again when you're ready take a long deep breath in and hold it for the count of four.
Hold it for the count of four.
And then breathe out for the count of six.
And now just allow your breathing to return to normal.
Your normal breathing pace.
And you can allow your eyes to gently close as you start to sink into relaxation now.
Taking this time for yourself as you let nothing bother nor disturb you.
This is your time just for you.
Feeling heavy and comfortable.
I'd like you now to imagine a warm ball of light.
So warm and healing.
Imagine it now as it moves down through your body.
Starting at the top of your head and your forehead.
Imagine those muscles releasing completely as the warm ball of light radiates healing energy into those areas.
Visualize it now moving down to your ears,
Your face,
The tiny muscles around your eyes and mouth.
Muscles releasing now with the warmth.
Calm,
Relaxed,
Heavy and comfortable.
Gentle breaths in and out as you listen to the sound of my voice.
And see the light now as it's moving slowly and gently down into the muscles around your neck.
Your neck shortening as all the muscles simply release.
The light moves down to your shoulders,
Your upper back and arms,
Hands all the way to the tips of your fingers.
Feel the warm healing light as it releases those muscles sinking into the frame of your body now.
So heavy,
So comfortable and so calm.
And you can go deeper now as the light moves to your lower back,
Your pelvis and your stomach.
Notice how those muscles simply want to release.
As you take gentle breaths in and out.
Your simply relaxing.
A feeling of calm flooding you now.
The warm ball of light gently moving down to your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves.
Muscles releasing.
A feeling of comfortable heaviness.
You're too comfortable to move.
You're perfectly happy just where you are.
Your feet and toes now releasing.
Every part of your body relaxed,
Safe and calm.
You're now in a deep state of relaxation.
And I'd like to speak directly to your subconscious mind which often tries to protect us by keeping us in old out of date patterns.
I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you.
Now that it's okay to open up to new suggestions and opportunities.
You no longer need out of date emotions that no longer serve you.
Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
Now that you're in this deeply relaxed state.
Your subconscious mind is open and receptive to the suggestions you'll be listening to during this hypnotic experience.
In the past you may have found yourself expecting the worst to happen.
Notice how I say in the past.
And that is because that old way of thinking no longer applies to you.
The very fact that you're listening to this audio today confirms that your outlook is already changing.
And you're ready to accept what is rightfully yours.
A happy and positive frame of mind.
So from now on in your thoughts will be mostly positive ones.
You have made up your mind.
You have decided and that decision is yours and yours alone.
You already know that when things go wrong.
We can't change what other people do.
We do know that when things go wrong.
We can't change the past.
We can only deal with the present and look to the future.
What we can change is ourselves.
You are now in full control of what you think.
And you choose to think more positively.
Telling yourself positive words that support you and give you confidence.
This means that you have the power.
The power to change.
To be more positive.
To fuel your mind with positive thoughts that are beneficial to your life and well-being.
So today you're going to change the way you think.
You embrace your inner critical voice and make it your best friend.
Someone who supports you,
Has your back and believes in you.
And when this inner voice is being negative.
You can gently ask it to speak to you more kindly.
And when that voice is being more positive.
You can thank it and encourage that voice to praise you more.
This relationship with your inner voice,
With your new best friend is probably the most important relationship you'll ever have.
So you cherish it and nurture it.
You take time to build it up and mould it to be more beneficial to you.
And these changes are already taking place at a much deeper level of mind.
That is your wonderful subconscious mind.
The part of you that governs your thought processes.
And all automatic actions and reactions that have developed as part of your personality since the moment you were born.
Your self-confidence and your sense of self-worth is increasing day by day.
Once you set yourself to succeed in something,
You think positively.
You visualize yourself doing it successfully and success comes your way.
If you were formerly plagued by worries and fears that were outside of your control.
You will find these worries and fears fade away as your confidence flows in and grows each day.

And I'd like you now to write down some positive affirmations that you know are relevant to you and your circumstances in life.
For example,
Some of them may be phrases like,
I can do it.
Everything will turn out right in the end.
I am worth it.
Give me a problem and I will find a solution.
So take a moment now to write down the phrases that are most relevant to you.
This is your book and the affirmations in this book represent the positive thoughts that you now entertain.
And you find yourself actively thinking these new positive thoughts in so many situations in your life.
You can open this book and read it anytime,
Serving to remind you that you can do anything you set your mind to.
It's here for you whenever you need it.
From now on,
