Welcome to House of well-being.

This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.

Find a comfortable place where you have limited interruptions.

Now I want you to take a long breath in,

Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.

Once again when you're ready take a long deep breath in for a count of four.

Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.

And I want you to imagine that you're on a beautiful beach.

Maybe it's a tropical beach on a beautiful island or a shore or a coastal beach that brings back positive childhood memories.

Or perhaps it's a beach with fond memories that you created with friends,

Families or loved ones.

Wherever it may be you love it here,

It's your special place.

And as you walk along the beach you can feel the water rushing onto the shore,

Covering your feet and then washing out to sea again,

Bringing with it a feeling of relaxation that washes over you.

The sun is warm and inviting,

The warmth on your face feels so calming and soothing.

Nothing is needed of you here.

This time is just for you.

Time to put yourself first.

On your beach you can relax and let go as you take this time to recharge and unwind.

There's a gentle breeze caressing your face,

Helping you to feel cool and calm in your special place.

You listen to the soft sounds of the crashing waves washing in and washing out.

You feel calmness washing over you.

The sea relaxes you with its rhythmic movements,

Washing in calmness and relaxation,

And washing out worries,

Anxieties and tension.

You notice more sounds around you.

Perhaps you can hear birds flying above you in the sky,

Maybe you can hear coconuts falling from a tree behind you,

Or fish splashing in the sea.

You love these sounds as they help soothe you,

Making you feel more relaxed,

More at peace,

Helping you to relax your mind and body.

You notice a hammock in the distance,

Barely swaying in the breeze beneath a palm tree.

You walk over to the hammock,

Wanting to take a little rest.

You gently crawl in and lay down,

Letting the hammock cradle you in the shade,

And you close your eyes as the hammock swings from side to side,

Mesmerising and soothing you into a deep state of relaxation.

Each time the hammock swings you feel more and more relaxed,

Like its rhythm is releasing tension,

Bringing tranquillity and calmness.

In a moment the hammock is going to sway three times,

And each time it sways you will triple your relaxation,

Starting now,

Three,

Going deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Two,

Releasing any tension,

Feeling yourself sinking deeper into the hammock,

And one,

Your relaxation has tripled.

You now feel total calmness throughout your mind and body.

I'm going to give you a minute now to enjoy this time.

The breeze on your face,

Your hammock gently swaying,

Relaxing more and more.

Enjoy the quietness as you sink down into the hammock,

Listening to the ocean washing into the shore,

Feeling more and more relaxed.

You're now in a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind is now open to receiving new and positive suggestions.

I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you,

But you no longer need out-of-date emotions that no longer serve you.

Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.

Today we're going to master the incredible power you have within to bring all your deepest dreams and desires to fruition by using a technique called manifestation.

Manifestation is the process of turning a specific desired outcome into a reality through focused visualization,

Unwavering belief and intentional action.

So if you've been wondering how to manifest love,

How to manifest money or how to manifest something completely unique to you,

Today is the day we'll help you create the life you envision.

I'd like you now to think about a clear goal.

Start by thinking of one big goal that you have always dreamt of and desired.

Be specific about this goal.

For instance,

Instead of saying I want a better job,

Say something like,

I want to work for myself and have three new clients by the end of the year.

Think of this now in your mind.

Once you've decided upon the one big goal,

I'd like you to think of some smaller goals that you'd like to achieve.

And this time I want you to create a mental vision board in your mind.

I'll give you a moment now to put lots of different pictures onto your mental vision board,

Including an image of your big goal.

Take your time to fill it with lots of dreams and desires.

Allow your subconscious mind to help you and guide you by putting suggestions into your head.

Create your board now.

Now take a look at your vision board and sense check it.

Ask yourself,

Is this really what I want?

Will this truly benefit my life?

How would I feel if I have all of this?

Simply challenge yourself and check that you're truly happy with your board.

If any of the dreams or desires aren't sitting comfortably with you,

Simply swap them for something else.

Now you have a visual representation of what dreams and desires you'd like to manifest.

I'd like you to see this board getting bigger and bigger.

You believe in your manifestation board and what it can bring you.

There's no place in your mind for fear,

Worries or doubt.

These anxieties will simply become blockages and barriers for you.

So you release them and let them go,

Preferring to think positively and to allow the positive energy to flow through your mind and body.

You now focus this positive energy by aligning your behaviors with your vision.

Your eyes are wide open to new opportunities and possibilities that surround you.

You see things and hear things that previously may have gone unnoticed.

Your senses are heightened as they direct you on to new journeys that help you reach your dreams and desires much more quickly.

Your actions match your desires as you stay focused on what you want to manifest.

You know that by taking even the smallest action towards your dreams,

You'll increase your odds of manifesting and achieving them.

So you set yourself one action to achieve each day that solely focuses on achieving the dreams and desires on your board.

You believe in yourself as your self-confidence soars,

Trusting yourself and those around you.

You're becoming more resilient every day,

More capable of facing any challenges that come your way and always prepared to bounce back from any setbacks.

You are a magnet for success as your dreams are manifesting effortlessly.

Every day you're moving closer to your manifestation dreams as the opportunities are flowing into your life.

Your mind is aligned with a new energy of abundance which attracts prosperity in all areas.

You're worthy of your dreams and worthy of happiness.

The universe supports you in achieving your goals as you trust in the timings of when things happen.

You're co-creating your reality as your thoughts shape a positive and fulfilling future for you.

You release any doubts and fears as you embrace the unlimited possibilities that surround you.

Now I'd like your subconscious mind to tell your conscious mind anything that's holding you back.

If anything comes to mind you thank your subconscious mind for bringing it to your attention and now I'd like you to let it go.

Turn this worry,

Fear,

Anxiety into a small feather and then watch the feather as it floats up into the sky.

Watch it floating further and further away now,

Higher and higher until you can no longer see it.

From now on in you're in harmony with the universe as you work together to make your manifestation dreams a reality.

With gratitude and joy you welcome the manifestation of your dreams into your present life.

You're intentionally creating the life of your dreams and every day brings you closer to your ideal reality.

Your thoughts are now powerful magnets attracting positive energy and manifesting the life you desire.

With gratitude in your heart you welcome the manifestations of your dreams into every aspect of your life.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready you'll gently emerge from your state of relaxation,

Open your eyes feeling fully awake,

Refreshed and alert.
