Welcome to the calm and relaxed affirmations and visualization audio.

For the next two minutes,

I'd like you to simply get into a comfortable position,

Close your eyes,

Relax and listen.

Let's begin.

I let go of anxiety and embrace calm.

I feel relaxed and calm more and more each day.

To help me relax,

I breathe in for four,

Hold for four and out for six.

I am safe and all is well.

My mind is calm and still.

I feel in control and confident.

The muscles in my body are releasing any tension.

Today I will take things slowly and calmly.

Calmness washes over me with every breath I take.

Every day I'm relaxing more and more.

I'm letting go of all my worries.

I'd like you now to visualize yourself being somewhere doing something where you're feeling totally calm and relaxed.

See yourself now and you're breathing deeply,

You're laughing,

You're happy and you're smiling,

Totally relaxed,

Free from worries,

Feeling completely calm.

Notice how you feel and what you can see,

What you can hear.

Just take a moment now to feel all of those senses knowing that you can now become the relaxed and calm person you want to be.
