Hello and welcome.
Welcome to this guided meditation to welcome you into the space,
Into your body,
Into being here now.
The purpose of this guided meditation is to get a sense of your truest self and from there feel how welcome it is that you are here in this moment,
That you are here in this body.
And the reason I wanted to do this meditation is because I think creating an attitude of really feeling welcome,
Whether we're together or in our own privacy of our own home,
It's just always great to first and foremost feel like we belong and feel that we are welcomed,
We are desired,
We are valued in the space we find ourselves.
And so it is my intention,
As we spend this time together,
That we begin to feel more relaxed in our bodies and more relaxed in being who we are as we are right now in this moment.
And hopefully you can take that feeling with you into your day and the next day.
So thank you for being here.
First,
I'd like us to start by just really settling into where we are sitting or laying down and I'd like to just sense into that which is supporting us,
Whether it's a chair or a bed,
Couch or the floor,
Whatever is holding you is also one with the earth that is holding and supporting you right now in this moment.
And just feel into that.
Feel what it's like to be supported by this amazing planet and by whatever it is that you are connected to right now.
So as you feel into that and you just feel that you are supported here,
Next you can kind of just wiggle your body a little,
Just kind of relax,
Get out whatever twitches or itches might be going through,
Different sensations you're having,
And just kind of let that be there.
And now you can begin to take a deep breath in through your nose and relax.
Breathe out.
And again,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and just hold it for three,
Two,
One,
And breathe out through your nose.
And just do that a few more times to kind of bring in that deeper,
Relaxing feeling.
And after you've done that for a couple times,
You can just return to normal breath.
Maybe close your eyes if you haven't done so already.
And ah,
Doesn't it just feel good to be here with the breath,
Supported as you are,
Right here with me right now.
And now,
Together,
I'd like you to,
As your eyes are closed,
Just feel your energetic body.
Feel any sort of sensations that come up and also the underlying electric impulses,
Sensations that you feel that kind of feel like that subtle energy body.
And just feel how,
While you are here in the physical,
You are also an energetic body.
And that energy is within you and around you at all times,
Supplying you with the vital energy of life.
And I want you to put a smile on your face.
So greet yourself with a smile.
And I want you to just love the idea that you are energy first.
And that the core frequency of your highest energy is that of love.
So everything you're made up of is at its very most pure source,
Love.
And I want you to smile because you are made up of the fabric of love.
That's you and me.
And you are welcome in this space because love can be described also as oneness or unity.
And unity or the one is what you are.
And so anything that arises,
Anything you can experience that comes and goes like your breath,
That is of a temporary nature,
But yet is here,
That too is you.
And that too is love.
And isn't that incredible that you and all that you experience is actually the fabric of love?
You are a miracle,
Breathing and being right as you are in this moment with me.
You are a miracle.
And anything that comes up in the mind,
Anything that comes up in the body,
Anything that comes up in the emotional body,
These are all clothed in the fabric of love.
And therefore there is nothing that you can experience that is not of love.
In this moment that we are together in this space that is always connected,
This energetic space that you and I share right now together,
This space contains all the possibilities of how love can express.
And all of that is you.
You are energy.
First and foremost,
Before the breath,
Before the senses,
Before anything that arises,
You are energy.
And the nature of that energy is that of love.
So smile again.
And take another deep breath in.
And slowly release and feel into that first true self,
That energetic being,
And welcome everything that is here now.
You are perfect.
You are a miracle.
And you are a delight to behold.
Right now as we are together,
I delight in your beingness.
And I delight in everything you do because we are one.
And unity and love and beingness are all in relation to relaxation.
The natural state of your being is that of relaxation.
And so just relax and feel into the true nature that you are.
And remember as you go about your day to greet yourself with a smile and to greet whatever arises with a smile.
And know that you are welcome.
