Love Your Cells Guided Visualization

Welcome to this guided visual exercise where we create an opportunity to give gratitude to every cell in our body. We are truly miraculous beings and I believe we benefit greatly by understanding how complex our physical beings are. We are created from infinite levels and sub-levels of intelligent energy. It is my desire for you to bless and receive blessings at a cellular level. You are a miracle!

Hello!

Hi!

Welcome here.

I'm so glad that you're here with me today.

My name is Alyssa,

And it's my joy and delight to be spending this time together.

We're going to do a brief guided visualization where we talk to ourselves.

Yep,

That's right.

We are going to give a little gratitude and send some love down to our most subtle energetic and physical selves as we kind of give tribute and give awareness and sit in awe of what it is to be a cellular being.

And I'd kind of like to preface this visualization by giving you a little bit of an introduction to the brilliance of each cell.

And you might have heard before how we each contain the universe within ourselves.

That we are a universe containing a universe,

And that is absolutely true.

And I'd like to take that idea a little bit further and introduce to you the idea that we are in each individual cell that we contain a universe within that cell.

And the interesting thing is that our cells contain the same octaves of energy that we contain within our,

As you could say,

Our total physical being,

And we call them the chakras.

So in a moment I'm going to have us get relaxed and get into a kind of receptive meditative state,

And we are going to journey through the brilliance and the intelligent consciousness that lies within each octave of each cell.

And my intention is for you to be in awe of what a brilliant miracle,

What a brilliant miraculous being you are,

And to shower each cell that contains within you with gratitude and loving communication and amazing reverence for what that cell is doing for you today.

And that just makes up a very happy being who's here to thrive,

Who's here to create,

Who's here to expand and evolve and grow,

And it's all thanks to each little cell that we have computing within us each day.

So here we go.

So you can take a deep breath and just find a sense of comfort,

A sense of stability wherever you are in this moment.

And it's okay to move around and you don't have to take the position of deep meditation here.

You can just kind of relax your mind and just say to yourself,

I am here for this.

I am here to receive the experience and to welcome in the love and awareness that we share together in this space.

So right as you are perfectly here with me,

I want you to first in your mind's eye,

See each chakra,

Each seventh octave within your energy center alignment as they are,

As we know them.

So first you can imagine at the very base of your spine,

That red glowing energy center,

That red ray of intelligence,

The root chakra,

And just see that red sphere of brilliant light there at your base.

And then we move up to our orange energy center,

The sacral chakra that houses your creativity and intimacy and the desire to create something brand new and just soak in the orange brilliant light that spins in this beautiful ball of brilliance.

And we can then move upwards towards our navel where we right above that area,

See the yellow energy center,

Your solar plexus,

Your center of power and of self and the desire to harness your will as this beautiful ball of golden yellow sunshiny light.

And of course we move up to our center of our chest where our heart energy is housed,

That beautiful emerald green light,

The green ray center that acts as the bridge between our higher and lower chakras and welcomes in infinite and unconditional love for our self and for all we experience that contains the love of all.

Moving up even further now into our throat,

The blue energy center,

The blue ray throat chakra where clarity and communication seamlessly communicate within and without our experience beautiful blue light.

Moving upwards now to our indigo energy center right between the brow,

The third eye where we are connected to infinite intelligence.

See this indigo deep purplish blue light just glowing and humming in its brilliance.

And finally up to the crown of our head,

That crown chakra,

That beautiful white light purple glowing crown of light that connects us to the source of all that is the universe,

Our true source of beingness.

And now we can see each glowing rainbow color in succession and appreciate that each center has its own purpose and its own position.

And I'd like to remind you that each chakra,

Each energy center has sub levels,

Sub octaves where you can detect more subtle levels of that energy.

So each so the root chakra,

Each chakra individually,

The root,

The sacral,

Solar plexus,

Heart and so on and so forth,

They all have sub level octaves,

Seven octaves within an octave and each sub octave has even more subtly broken down levels of more finite octaves.

There's octaves within octaves within octaves of intelligent light energy pulsating within your being.

And this is the design of the universe.

This is the design that you are and the universe holds those same seven octaves as it evolves into its infinite source.

And so I just want you to in your mind's eye,

Imagine how these beautiful designed intelligent layouts of energy each house consciousness that serves you that is in existence to bring all things together for your experience here and now.

And as we take that amazing knowing,

We're going to look and zoom into our cells one by one.

Now we have billions and billions of cells,

But I want you to kind of in a deep breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

I want you to kind of embrace every cell in your physical body within a sort of energetic hug,

An energetic blanket that you're going to relax into.

And you're going to notice that each cell has its own universe in it.

Each cell has the seven octaves within it of intelligence.

And each cell breaks down into more and more finite,

More subtle levels of infinite intelligent awareness and communication and intention and purpose.

Each cell is containing that you are a miracle.

You have no end to your intelligence operating within you and your cells delight in you moving about and living your life and being and breathing and existing.

So each cell is constantly and continuously acting within its frame of energy,

Doing its work,

Communicating and creating exactly what you need to experience right now in this moment.

And that is awe inspiring.

That is phenomenal.

So let's just take a moment now to see each cell clothed in a blanket of love and light and say thank you.

Sit tall and say thank you to each cell that tirelessly and continuously and fueled in love and divine energy works to serve your experience.

You are here right now because of the dance and the cooperation of billions and trillions of cells that exist within you right now that also dance and cooperate with the brilliance of the universe.

As the universe continues to expand,

You expand and you're able to do so because each cell climbs up those octaves of evolution and of expansion and each cell does so in a joyful manner.

So smile,

Put a big smile on your face.

You are here for reasons we can't even begin to understand but it doesn't matter.

All you need to do right now is just give yourself the love,

The love that's already contained in your being.

Send love to each cell and say thank you.

Thank you for creating health.

Thank you for creating vitality and movement.

Thank you for creating intelligence and emotion.

Thank you for the complex experience of being me in this moment.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And as you sit in appreciation and unconditional love for every cellular part of your being,

I want you to take this feeling of gratitude into your day and be in awe and be in love with what is already present within you,

Loving you back.

Being in awe that you are here.

And with that,

The universe within you.
