Which is now our space.
I just wanted to create a little bit of a welcome.
Let's create an intention for sharing our time together,
And it's amazing to meet you.
If you're new here,
My name is Alyssa,
And I'm really,
Really excited to be here.
I'm really happy to be meeting you,
And I just wanted to make that time to just have a little introduction and kind of create and share my intention for being here.
I've been inspired by a close friend of mine who's probably watching this to try out Insight Timer and just see what kind of community and connection that I can create here,
That we can create together based on opening the heart space,
Tuning in to what our core truth and understanding what alignment is,
But also kind of moving really and maturing past that and helping gain clarity as to why we want to create,
What we want to create,
And to be able to do it with a more crystallized,
Harnessed,
Clear ability.
What I mean by that is to be able to live our lives in whatever it is we do,
Whatever is on that agenda for today.
Really be able to wake up with this clear knowing,
I am here for this reason.
I want to bring the essence of whatever that may be into my day and really expand not only my own consciousness,
My own connection to life,
But also anyone I come in contact with.
So whether that's at home in my family,
Out as I'm going to the grocery store,
As I go to work,
Or if I work from home,
If I'm going on a vacation,
Or hanging with my neighbor,
It doesn't matter what we're doing.
Everything we do as we live and breathe has the potential power,
The potential seed of creation to become something life-giving,
Something that really gives a fresh breath of life into the world around us.
And so that's kind of my passion,
My focus,
My desire as I walk this amazing planet is to be able to take what I believe is my desire,
My desire for people to experience real expansion while they know their true self on a more authentic level and to take that into however I can teach,
Share,
Inspire,
Receive,
Give.
I want to be able to do that in every place that I find myself.
So welcome for,
Welcome here.
Thank you for being here.
And I think that this is a really unique space to be in because this is a place people come with an intention of,
I want to get to the core of who I am and create a very intentional experience.
I come here for meditation.
I come here for growth in my soul.
I come here to tune into those higher vibrations and I come here to connect with like-minded people who quite frankly aren't living in a really random way.
They're coming for that desired experience of,
I want to create more of this in my life.
And so let's do that together.
Let's tune into this space and this will just be kind of a relaxing space.
This will be kind of a relaxed chat.
This will be kind of a,
If we were together hanging out,
You'd be in a cozy chair with me,
Sipping on some tea or coffee and just enjoying the space that we have to create and see what can come from meeting together with an intention and exploring why we're here,
Exploring what this means to expand and evolve our consciousness.
So let's start this exercise and wherever you find yourself,
Whether it's in a chair or standing or sitting on the floor or laying or relaxing,
Whatever it is,
There's some surface that is supporting you right now.
So let's feel into that surface and just give a little gratitude that that surface is holding us together.
Let's feel into your study and feel into the steadiness of being here and how that creates a sort of stillness.
When we feel a support underneath,
We can tune into a stillness,
A sort of held presence that is here for us.
And right now,
This moment is here for us.
And just take a nice breath in through the nose,
Pause,
And breathe out through the mouth.
And I'm going to let you take a couple more of those breaths in through the nose,
Holding for a moment and out through the mouth and pausing in that moment.
And as you just continue to take a couple more breaths,
Just tune into the gratitude of being a breathing,
Living being.
It's pretty amazing.
And then you can just return to your normal breath and join me again.
You can stretch,
Open your eyes and just kind of feel into the energy of the space you're in and just be like,
It's good.
It's good to be here.
So we're just going to take a couple moments together.
This won't be real long,
But we're just going to kind of get to know one another in this space where we are meeting each other.
And chances are there's more people tuned in with you while you're here with me.
If not,
Then it's just the energy of what is here now.
So thank you for being here.
And as you kind of just use this time to be in a sort of meditative,
Relaxed and receiving state,
I'd like you to just imagine for a moment that the space we're in goes beyond the walls around you.
And if you're tuning in outside,
It goes even beyond your peripheral view,
The horizon in front of you,
Beyond what you can sense with your visual senses,
Your optical eye.
And as you tune in,
Imagine the space being zoomed out beyond,
Beyond,
Beyond even this planet.
And then feel into the space of,
I guess you would call it the cosmic space where there's our universe.
There's the stars,
There's the planets,
There's nebulas,
There's just this continued desire to expand beyond where we imagined space is.
And then,
And you can do this with your eyes open,
Closed,
Whatever,
But you're just kind of stretching your perception of what you're seeing.
And then you're just tuning into your perception to what you're in,
The space you're in.
So now,
Stretching the cosmos even more,
You're just tuning into a more subtle,
Almost a fabric that's being stretched out and it's kind of a dark bluish color,
But then it turns into this lighter color that's being stretched out.
A pinkish white light.
And this light pervades everything else that exists.
This is the fabric of your core beingness.
This is what we would describe as love.
The frequency of love being.
Awareness,
Consciousness,
Pure love.
And this is the fabric from which you are.
And it pervades and layers and kind of weaves through all the other experiences that we have in this room we're sitting in.
In this space we're sharing together.
That pink white light is kind of weaved in this moment that we're in together.
And I like to visualize it this way because it helps us really get a grasp for the oneness that we are.
I'm in my space,
I'm in my room,
I have this plant here,
I have all of this happening around me,
I can feel the oxygen around my skin and my lungs,
And yet that oxygen is connected and weaved within the same space you're in.
And it's the same space that holds all creation.
And this is kind of the undertone for which we connect with one another because this is what creates this knowingness that there is nothing separate.
That there is only the one.
And through that one we can experience whatever we want to.
So right now we're sharing this amazing moment together.
Right now together you and I are in this space where we can kind of get to know and be inspired by one another.
Knowing you're here right now makes me feel expanded.
It makes me feel excited that there's this other being with me that is tuned in and is sharing and opening and willing to give to me whatever I'm ready to receive.
And you are receiving from me the love and the inspiration and the desire to be here because I'm offering that to you.
And so as we meet together and we get to know each other here,
Let's just be in awe and appreciation for the unity of love that is always with us.
It's always it's always here.
It's always now.
And it's there to help us remember who we are.
And so I just want to kind of leave you today with this ability to as you come and go throughout your day,
Feel that white pinkish light that's kind of a fabric of your experience and know that it always connects you with everything that shows up in your life.
And that the foundation core of what you experience is love and that it can it can show you the different facets of what experience is.
It can show you,
Oh,
Over here,
There's this really amazing thing happening,
But over here,
I kind of notice I don't desire this experience so much or this is coming up within me.
But then over there,
I'm seeing that.
And as all of these sensory data and information information is coming up in your day,
You get to come back and be like,
Ah,
But at the core of it,
There is this fabric of the universe of love,
Light,
Frequency that is always here and it's always me and it's always you.
So I just wanted to give you that kind of visual sensory feel that you can tune into.
And any time you are holding space with someone or someone is sharing their time with you or you're meeting mutually for the same intention as we are right now,
You get to kind of welcome in this universal conscious presence that is there to really amplify whatever it is you're here for.
So imagine you come here and you just want to meet a new friend and you want to experience a little bit of light in your day.
And so as you're here with me,
You say,
Wow,
I met this new friend.
Her name is Alyssa.
We're here together.
We're hanging out.
And also there is that love fabric that holds us together and that is fueling and amplifying this experience.
And I can even feel it.
I can kind of feel it in my body.
I can feel that,
Yes,
There's this connection.
There's this resonance.
And that is always there for you.
It's there for you no matter what you're doing,
No matter if you're going to sleep,
Waking up.
And I just encourage you to take that with you.
It's kind of a gift that I have received that I want to share with you and you can receive and give back to anybody you come in contact with.
And as we explore different topics and we talk together,
You're really going to get a feel for how you can expand in a more intentional way because you are present with that creative energy.
That is love.
That is unconditional unity.
And so thank you for being here.
And as we're kind of closing out of this session and this little nice to meet you session,
I just want to give you a token.
And you can do this by just closing your eyes and just imagining that pinkish white light.
Come back.
And again,
If you want to take another deep breath,
That's great.
I want you to imagine that my hand is closed.
So my hand is closed in a fist and it's extending towards you.
And as it extends,
It opens and inside on my hand,
There is a symbol for you.
I want you to look at that symbol and see what it is.
And I want you to know that it's a gift for you and that it can mean whatever it is,
Whatever the first impression,
Whatever it is that you receive,
That that is there for you and that it is clothed in love and it is for you.
And that is your token.
So enjoy the token,
Take it with you in your day and just know that I and my heart and my energy is with you today as you go about your day.
And that it's my intention to meet again soon and to enjoy this idea of expanding our consciousness,
Connecting with one another and really crystallizing our experience as a human who has an intention to create beauty and love and unity and joy in their lives.
And I am here for that.
And I am here for you.
