It's time to close your eyes.
The magical fairies of sleep are coming.
Yes,
They're here now.
All around like sparkles.
There's sprinkling fairy dust over you and your bed.
Which becomes so light.
You float up,

The fairies have sent a special guide to lead you and your bed on a magical journey of sleep.
You know who it is.
Maybe a unicorn.
Or a dragon.
Or a superhero.
Maybe it's the fairies themselves.
You know who it is because they are taking you still up,
Up,
Up.
You're floating now up to a magnificent rainbow.
It's so big up close.
On your bed.
You drift into the red.
It washes over you.
Imagine or feel it all over.
Now into the orange.
A beautiful shimmering orange all around.
Here we go into the yellow.
Like golden sunshine.
Here comes green.
Vibrant,
Lovely green.
Like the new leaves in spring.
After green comes blue.
Blue like the color of the sky on a day with no clouds.
Now it's indigo.
The color of the sky at night washing all over everything.
And finally floating into the violet shade of the rainbow.
Everything is violet all around.
All the way through the rainbow and your guide still leads you on.
Farewell rainbow.
Still floating up,
Up,
Up.
Past cotton candy clouds so light and fluffy.
Lighter than air you can reach out and touch them.
Still you are guided up,
Up,
Up.
So close to Earth's moon now.
So close you can reach out and touch it as you peacefully drift by.
It feels smooth and powdery.
Farewell moon.
Still you float up,
Up,
Up.
Past a star now.
You know this is a magic star because it is warm and glowing.
But its fire does not burn.
It feels warm and safe.
It gently melts away any last cares and worries from the day.
You round that star and continue drifting up,
Up,
Up.
Led by your special guide.
You float out into the great big universe.
It feels like a nice heavy blanket that wraps all around you.
Stars like fairy dust are sprinkled all around.
They sparkle and dazzle and float.
Feeling so sleepy now.
So sleepy.
The great big universe dissolves.
All is silent and still.
Drifting with ease.
Safe and secure and cozy.
Drifting off to sleep.
As you drift off,
You are aware that the magic of the fairies,
Their magical fairy dust,
Has transported you home.
You are back in the room where you began.
