Hello,

How are you?

How is your day today?

How are you feeling?

Wherever you are and however you're feeling,

I was hoping you have a moment.

I was hoping you will take some time to smell the flowers with me.

Can you?

You will?

Okay.

First,

Sit crisscross yoga sauce.

Sit up tall and proud,

Like you're wearing a crown.

One last moment to shift and adjust and get the wiggles out.

Now,

Let's begin.

Touch your thumb and your index finger as if you were picking a tiny delicate flower.

That's good.

Now,

We will count and touch each of our fingertips like this.

Index finger or pointer is one.

Now touch your thumb and your middle finger,

Two.

Touch your ring finger,

Three.

Touch your pinky,

Four.

Now let's go back.

Thumb to pinky,

Four.

Ring finger,

Three.

Middle finger,

Two.

Index finger,

One.

Have you been counting on just one hand?

It's okay.

If so,

Switch hands now.

Touch the index finger and thumb of your other hand like you're picking a tiny little flower.

One.

Touch your middle finger,

Two.

Ring finger,

Three.

Little finger,

Four.

Little finger,

Four.

Ring finger,

Three.

Middle finger,

Two.

Index finger,

One.

Perfect.

Now relax your hands down to rest on your legs or in your lap.

Close your eyes and imagine a big bunch of lovely flowers you have just picked,

That we've picked together.

Let's enjoy them together now.

Gather them in your hands.

Gather them all and hold them.

Hold them up in front of you.

Breathe in slowly and smell them.

Breathe out and say,

Ah.

Again,

Breathe in,

Smell the lovely flowers all the way in.

Breathe out and say,

Ah.

One more.

Breathe in.

And out.

Now breathe in,

Smell your flowers.

They smell so good.

Breathe out and say,

Hmm.

Breathe in,

Soak it in.

Breathe out,

Hmm.

One more time.

Breathe in.

And out,

Hmm.

Now set your flowers down and sit quietly for another moment,

Still and steady.

When you hear the sound of the bell,

It will be time to come back and move on with your day.

Open your eyes now.

Touch the tips of your fingers again and wiggle your toes.

Wiggle and stretch.

Thanks for stopping to smell the flowers.

Now breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Open your eyes now.

Touch the tips of your fingers again and wiggle your toes.

I'll leave the flowers with me.

See you again soon.
