Holly has experienced most forms of yoga, from Ashtanga to Hot yoga, Kundalini and Hatha. She’s a qualified Hatha Teacher who studied in Thailand at an internationally recognised Yoga Training Centre and is a Yoga Alliance Certified and Registered Teacher.
