Explore MeditationMy name is Holly. Yoga is my life, and I can’t wait to share it with you. In around 2010, fed up with trying to get to the gym on a lunchtime, I tried yoga for the first time and quite simply floated back to the office. I was hooked. I trained as a yoga teacher about two years later, and since that point, I have worked full-time as a yoga teacher. In 2015 I opened a yoga studio, in 2018 we created our own yoga teacher training which went on to be top 10 in the UK. I have studied neuroscience, poured over research studies, challenged tradition (and revered it)… But all the above has set the scene for what I now believe yoga to be, which is a powerful tool for whole person wellbeing. Yoga is - there is no doubt in my mind - an incredible tool for helping you live with less pain. Helping you rest, effectively. Helping you feel confident, calm and ready for life. Helping you reduce anxiety, stress and overwhelm. I hope you love my offerings, and that they bring you the peace, calm and solace that I experienced when creating them.
