The ultimate sleep talk down.

To bring in positive energy as you fall asleep when we are in this state of lucidity as we fall asleep,

Our mind is very absorbent and we can retain subconsciously the messages that we give it as we fall asleep.

So close your eyes and take a deep breath in for 4 seconds and out for 4 seconds.

This is a heart math technique scientifically proven to calm the central nervous system.

Breathe in for 4 seconds and breathe out for 4 seconds and breathe in for 4 seconds and breathe out for 4 seconds.

I want you to think of something that brings you joy and love to your heart.

It may be an animal,

A memory,

A person,

Or something that you long for in the future and how you would feel when you have that.

That's right,

Put that feeling in your heart,

Feels good,

3 2 1 Breathe 3 2 1 Breathe and feel that feeling in your heart and make it big,

Make it large,

Make it huge,

Make that feeling surround your heart,

All around your body,

Just 1 foot,

2 feet,

3 feet outside of your body,

This pink,

Golden,

Glowing light of good feeling in your heart and I want you to stop thinking about what was giving you that feeling,

No more thoughts,

Breathe and only feel,

Just feel the love and the joy and breathe.
