At the root of our suffering is longing — the yearning for something more, something missing. But awakening isn't an experience that arrives. It's a knowing. A reorientation or way of seeing, into the way things actually are: whole, complete. Nothing is missing. Close your eyes, open your heart into the knowing that what you've been searching for is already here.

When all the words have been spoken.

And all the ideas thought.

And all the experiences had.

In the center.

Of the center.

Still.

Quiet of your heart.

There is.

The quiet eight.

From that egg.

Is at the heart.

Of everything.

The longing for.

For something more.

We spend our lives searching.

You try.

To find the end to this age.

Through experience.

Through others.

Looking for a destination.

It feels like it never ever.

But what if.

.

.

Nothing was ever actually missing.

What if the thing you are searching for can never be found?

Not in the old way.

What if the answer is right here?

In the midst of your messy and chaotic world.

Beautiful life.

A tree doesn't strive to be a better tree.

The flower doesn't long to be a different flower.

Right here in wild nature.

Is radical.

Wholeness.

That same wholeness.

Is right here.

With you.

The longing you feel.

Isn't a sign that something's wrong with you.

It's actually.

The knowing.

Inside you,

Pointing.

No need to postpone enlightenment for a better day.

There is no better.

Nothing is missing.

Bye friend.

Open your heart.

Kendo.
