Welcome to this sacred space where we will embark on a journey to connect with your inner self and prepare to release the trauma that has taken residence deep within your body.

This guided meditation will lead you through a transformative experience inviting you to explore the depths of your being in a relaxed state,

Nurturing your body,

Healing your body,

And renewing your body on a deep level.

You are free to release what you have been holding onto in your life and you are free to let go of what no longer serves you.

Allow your body to settle into its natural rhythm,

Feeling your breath,

Your heartbeat,

And take a moment to gently close your eyes,

Signaling to your mind that it is time to embark on this inward journey of self-discovery,

Relaxation,

And healing.

As you settle into this space,

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Allow it to flow freely and naturally without force or strain.

Simply observe the gentle rise and fall of your belly and your chest,

The soothing sensation of air passing through your nostrils and the life-giving energy that it provides.

Let your breath become the anchor that grounds you in this present moment.

Bring your awareness to your body as we start to scan all parts of the body.

Signal to each part of yourself that it is time to relax,

Starting with your toes,

Your feet,

Your ankles,

Legs,

Your pelvis,

The stomach,

The heart,

The shoulders,

Your arms,

And the hands.

Hands back up to your neck,

Your jaw,

Nose,

Cheeks,

And forehead.

Now turn your attention inwards and visualize a soft,

Warm light radiating from the center of your heart.

This light represents your inner self,

Your true essence,

The unchanging and ever-present core of your being,

And as you breathe,

Feel this light growing brighter and more luminous,

Enveloping your entire body in a cocoon of love,

Compassion,

And healing energy.

Acknowledge that we have the power to heal ourselves and realizing that our bodies are always working to naturally heal themselves.

With each inhale,

Allow this nurturing light to expand,

Filling every cell,

Every fiber,

And every atom of your being.

As you exhale,

Release any tension or resistance that may be blocking your connection to your inner self,

Allowing your body and mind to surrender fully to this healing journey.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow this radiant light to guide you deeper into the realm of your inner self.

Envision yourself descending a spiral staircase,

A sacred passage that leads to the very core of your being.

With each step,

You move closer and closer to the essence of who you truly are,

Leaving behind the world of distractions,

Expectations,

And judgments that often cloud our connection to ourselves.

Here,

You prepare yourself to release the trauma that has been stored and built up deep within your body.

It simply has had nowhere to go.

Not enough time has maybe been dedicated to releasing this trauma tension.

And so here we are going to create that space for it to release from your body,

Where it's being stored deep within our fascia,

Our muscles,

Our subconscious,

And our heart.

We begin by taking a deep breath,

Filling our lungs as it brings you life and heals you.

Feel your belly expand outwards.

And as you exhale,

Imagine that you are releasing a heavy weight from your shoulders,

A burden that has been carried for far too long.

As you continue to breathe,

Envision the trauma as a dark,

Dense energy stored within various parts of your body.

With each inhale,

Gather this energy.

And with each exhale,

Release it out,

Up above you towards the sky.

Watch as this dark energy dissolves into the sky above you,

Leaving behind a sense of lightness,

And relief.

Do not rush this process.

Allow yourself the time and space to fully connect with your inner self and to acknowledge the trauma that has been harbored within your body.

Trust in the wisdom of your inner self,

Knowing that it will guide you through this healing process with love and compassion.

As you continue to release the stored trauma,

Breathe deeply and allow yourself to feel the emotions that may surface.

These emotions may be raw and intense,

But remember that they are an essential part of your healing journey.

Honor them,

Acknowledge them,

And allow them to flow through you without judgment or fear.

With each breath,

Feel the energy of your inner self growing stronger,

More radiant,

And more powerful.

With each breath,

As the trauma is released,

Your true essence begins to shine forth,

Illuminating the path to your healing and transformation.

As you are here,

Feeling lighter and filled with healing energy,

Take a moment to reflect on the journey you have undertaken thus far.

You have delved deep into the depths of your being,

Connected with your inner self,

And have begun to release the trauma that has been stored deep within your body.

This is a powerful and transformative experience.

One that requires courage,

Strength,

And vulnerability.

Now,

It is time to begin the process of integration,

Which we are going to embark on today,

Together,

To weave the wisdom and healing of your inner self into the fabric of your everyday life.

Envision healing mist,

That envelops your entire body.

Feel the cool,

Soothing droplets permeate your skin,

Your muscles,

Your bones,

And your very soul,

Carrying with them the essence of who you truly are.

You are not your trauma,

Or your experiences that have created a home deep within you.

You are not those things,

You are simply yourself.

As the mist absorbs into your body,

Feel a sense of wholeness,

Of unity,

And of deep,

Lasting healing.

Creating a harmonious balance that will guide you on your path to self-discovery,
