Welcome beautiful soul.

How to love yourself every day a little bit more.

It's a series.

Over one week and each day we will dive into another topic.

Today the topic is about how to love your mind.

If there are crazy thoughts,

How to fully accept them.

For this meditation just make it comfortable.

You can lie down or find a beautiful seated position.

Take a long and deep inhale.

Close your eyes and with the exhale relax.

Imagine you are like chocolate.

Chocolate on a sunny warm day.

You are like a flower.

You can't resist this magical power of the sun.

You are just melting and it starts from your head.

The sun is like the most beautiful kiss you ever get.

It brings you warmth.

It brings you love.

It makes you feel cozy and seen.

Touched in the most beautiful way and it starts from the head.

You are melting inside.

You are like a flower.

You are like a flower.

Your eyes.

Let this beautiful warm feeling slowly,

Really slow,

Travel all the way down.

Nose.

Right ear.

Left ear.

The cheeks.

The eyes.

The eyes.

Your mouth.

The tongue.

Your jaw.

The back of the head.

The neck.

Melting like the chocolate in the sun.

And when your whole head is already melted.

Let this beautiful feeling also travel through your whole body.

With each inhale you can elongate your spine a bit more.

You want to reach higher and higher to the sun.

And with each exhale the melting will travel more down.

So your shoulders.

The chest.

The arms.

All along the spine.

Up and up.

Up with the inhale.

And down with the exhale.

The inhale activates you.

Gives you more lower and lower.

More acceptance for the now.

With each exhale you melt deeper into the ground.

Let you already reach your belly.

Your lower back.

The hips.

Also all the inner organs.

And then your lower back.

Find your own divine time to travel.

With each exhale deeper through the whole legs.

Until you reach the sole of the feet.

And then you reach the sole of the feet.

And once you have reached it.

Come with an inhale all the way up into your head again.

If you save a smile once you arrive in your head.

You are fully present here.

And then after our grounding I invite you to just simply be.

To raise your consciousness and not pushing away anything.

Whatever you are hearing right now.

Allow it.

And then you can just simply be.

And then you can just simply be.

And then you can just simply be.

And then you can just simply be.

It is not that you try to focus hardly on something.

You just simply be.

And if your inner thoughts are still really crazy.

Allow them to be crazy.

And then you can just simply be.

Listen to it.

Listen to what your brain is telling you.

Listen to what your mind is telling you.

And don't worry if there are negative thoughts.

Listen to them.

Don't push them away.

Especially the ones we don't like.

We just want to push them away or blow them away.

But not now.

I truly invite you not only letting the positive be there.

As well allowing the ones who normally are also there and sometimes they are more.

Allowing the negative or the thoughts you don't like to listen to them.

And sometimes they are hiding.

They are so powerful and so immensely big that you are even not aware that they are all the time.

And sometimes they are hiding.

So allow yourself right now to hear them and to feel them.

And then you can just let them be.

And it can be any kind of judging or when you say,

Oh I can't this or this doesn't work or this is not good and why is this not how I want it to be.

Anything where you lower your frequency.

Allow it now to listen.

And if you have one you might even want to say it out loud.

And hear it.

Hear it.

And then you can listen.

And then you can listen.

And your own negative thoughts loud.

You might even want to start to laugh about it.

Because how can you take yourself serious once you know.

And try to catch them all.

It's like a game.

You are catching all your negative thoughts right now.

Once you have them you talk them out.

And then you can listen.

And then you can listen.

And then you can listen.

Beautiful.

And then slowly start to shake your head.

And the shaking can come from the left ear coming down to the left shoulder and then just the opposite right ear to the right shoulder.

Or the shaking can come more that you like look over the right shoulder and then look over the left shoulder.

And just shake your head.

Find your own rhythm.

Shake it,

Shake it,

Shake it.

And just imagine that all the negative thoughts were still somewhere hiding inside your brain.

Just shake it all out.

Shake it,

Shake it,

Shake it.

If you know you need to be more careful with your neck then shake a bit more slow.

But still imagine that you are shaking and everything just gets out of your brain what you don't need,

What is not serving you in a good way.

A bit more.

Shake it all out.

And slowly find a way back into the middle of your spine.

Give yourself a smile and fear.

Feel into your brain.

And then slowly find a way back into the middle of your spine.

And remember the sun from the beginning when she came and was melting you.

And you may find small intentions just of feeling it or even speaking it out loud.

It can be like I am accepting all my thoughts.

I can choose wisely which thoughts I want to nourish.

I love my brain and I work with it.

I love to guide my thoughts into a positive nourishing way which supports me the best in my life.
