Hello beautiful soul Welcome to this series of loving yourself every day a little bit more And today our topic is Feelings really embracing your emotions and Not suppressing them because once you start to love yourself in your high Like joy or bliss or love but also in your downs when you are angry in having emotions of frustration or anger sadness anything what like makes you Feel crazy or overwhelmed so to fully Embrace this with love Love is so strong So let's directly dive into our meditation of today Make it comfortable to find your possession And feel your breath and Imagine you are like a chocolate in the Sun And it's a really sunny beautiful gorgeous day And the Sun is so soft and strong It brings so much light and warmth that you can't resist You are just melting away Melting into the ground It is like the love You Can't resist You are just surrendering in the here and now Inhale feel this love of the Sun Exhale Met into your ground Take a few more breaths on your own to fully arrive in the now Beautiful You Beautiful With that was a quote Feelings are just visitors Let them come and go from mochi Whenever you feel in the meditation you are getting lost or taken away Remember your breath Breathe deeply or soft To fully come back in your body in the present now Your breath is the anchor As well your teacher If you are ready to travel with your breath deeper you will explore new dimensions New Emotions and opportunities As well any kind of emotion May want to be expressed from your body in another way For example if there comes anger for you You might want to jump up and move this energy maybe Even shaking or Screaming any kind of release is beautiful and it's more than welcome If Sadness comes you might want to cry you might want to lie down Or to make it yourself really small like a small ball And If you Get super blissful super excited As this is also an emotion and any kind of emotion is welcome And if you get super blissful and joyful and you feel like oh,
I want to dance then,
Please Jump up or even dance in a seated position or lying down position Whatever your body is inviting you To do and To fully integrate and express this kind of feeling and emotion please Go for it Don't stop yourself Fully allow yourself to surrender and let the emotion take you What needs To be where it wants to be expressed in its fullest way Because once you fully in the magic will happen You will explore it Feel your breath here To anchor yourself a bit more before we start was the first emotion How is your breath No need to change the press will change automatically And I invite you To surrender a bit deeper into the ground Along at your spine so the energy can easily move And take you where you need to go Where you're ready to go and Invite your first Emotion feeling which you want to work on and It is mostly the first one which came into your mind already And it can be connected to a situation The last time you got super angry you were really sad or super blissful or any other emotion Which one is coming for you right now?

And if your body wants already to move To go into This feeling to fully express it and go Follow this intuition allow it trust your body Feel your breath go deeper into this feeling It Is like you're standing on The side of a swimming pool Of a lake or the ocean and Your emotion this feeling is the water in front of you and Now it's not a time to stand on the side anymore It's the time to fully go into this water into your feeling and emotion You are swimming with it.
You don't know where it takes you you just allow To enter this water You go in and you swim you feel Where is it in your body?
You're doing it perfectly.
There is no right no wrong.
Allow it to feel.
Feel it a bit more.
Dive fully into your feeling Yes,
Allow it If you need to scream scream if you need to cry cry Anything else do it with consciousness?

The anger?
Love,

Bliss,
Enthusiasm,
Fear?
Anything is welcome.
Any kind of emotion which right now wants to be felt from you.
How does it feel?
Where in your body do you feel it?
Does it feel heavy or white?
How does it make you feel?
Uplifting,
Waiting down.
Anything is possible.
Allow it to fully feel it.
Diving into the waters of this emotion.
Feel it.
A bit more.
You already know the way.
Fully allow it.
Don't fight against it.
Just allow it to come to fully fully say yes.
100% yes.
To allow this emotion to arise.
To fully be present in each layer of your being.
Mental,
Emotional,
Physical,
Astral,
Universal,
All the layers.
Are you fully fully in?
Breathe deeper.
Allow it.
Yes,
There we go.
How does your body want to express it?
Are you jumping up?
Are you more expressing it internally?
Allowing it to fear?
How is your body moving?
You want to scream,
To cry?
Everything is okay.
It is your own journey.
Go into the depths.
Beautiful.
And once you're fully in the storm of emotion,
Are you already reaching the center,
The eye of the storm?
Where the peace and the calmness awaits you?
If you're still in the emotion,
Dive deeper.
And once you're already in the middle,
Surrender and feel.
Feel how this emotion is leaving your body.
Get over of all the sensations what you are feeling right now.
Connect again with your anchor,
With your breath.
How soft,
How loving,
How deep is your breath?
No need to change,
Just get aware of it.
And one more round.
Make yourself ready to dive into the last round of allowing any kind of emotion.
And it might be one of the first or a new one.
If you already went super super deep from the beginning,
This one might be more gentle and more soft.
But mostly,
Your body and your whole system is already prepared now.
It is like you're diving deeper into the ocean.
And with this preparation,
You're ready to unfold deeper layers.
You dive deeper and deeper into the ocean,
Into this darkness where you don't know what awaits you,
Into the unknown.
And your body knows already,
It can trust your intuition,
It can allow yourself to fully embrace this emotion.
And this one can be your deepest one of the three.
Take another deep inhale.
Exhale,
Feel the ground under you.
And allow with the next inhale,
The last emotion for this meditation to arise.
Which one is it?
Which layer of this emotion?
You know the way.
Allow it directly,
Fully.
Is it the anger?
Go into it.
Is it frustration?
Go into it.
Yes!
Is it sadness?
Allow it.
Is it joy or bliss?
Mmm,
Express it.
Is it pleasure?
Allow it to arise,
To guide you.
Your emotion is your teacher,
Your guide.
And fully allow it in your body.
Dive into the water of this feeling.
Embody it.
Through the embodiment comes empowerment.
So allow it.
Embody this feeling fully.
Yes!
Breathe in.
Feel it.
Deeper and deeper and deeper.
And even deeper with each breath.
Into the unknown where it takes you.
And folds new layers of expression.
Allow it.
Say yes,
Allow it.
It's the worst,
The most vulnerable you.
Allow it.
The seed of your existence.
And now express it,
Everything what is there.
Allow the full storm,
The peak of the storm,
Of your emotion to arise.
Dive deeper and deeper until you reach again the eye of the storm.
Where the calmness and the peace awaits you,
Embraces you and gives you nurturing energy of healing.
Once you are there,
In the eye of the storm of your emotion you will feel how it fades away.
Feel it in your body,
Feel it in your system.
And feel the sensations of opening.
You made space for something new.
How does it feel?
And this is the precious time to invite something new.
What do you want to invite more into your life?
More love,
More acceptance of allowing everything,
What needs to be seen,
What needs to be felt.
What do you want to invite more into your life?
Which feeling?
More bliss,
More joy,
More asset.
And to integrate this more,
Wrap your hands on each other.
Increase the heat and it's like you're planting the seed.
You increase the fire.
And once your hands are really really hot,
Place them on your heart space.
Feel the warmth of your fiery hands melting into your heart space.
Feel the love inside,
Your warmth,
Your hold.
Can you give yourself a smile?
And you're also able to use this time to say something,
What you need to hear right now.
Just showing gratitude,
Forgiving the words of love which you need to hear.
And then wrap your hands one more time.
And this time either again the heart or put the palms on your closed eyes.
Look into the darkness of your closed eyes if you choose the eyes.
And feel again inside.
How much love can you invite?
How supported are you feeling right now?
And one more time,
Wrap the hands on each other.
Beautiful.
Increase the heat.
Super hot.
And find the spot on your body where you need more love right now.
Place your hands there and feel the heat entering.
Give yourself a smile and release the hands when you're ready.
And when you slowly get aware of your surrounding,
You come back in time and space and place.
Allow yourself to integrate this meditation.
Your heart is the light of this world.
