Hello my dears,
I'm Sally and today we have a meditation for hope to feel faithful trust and confident in your life and where it will take you to really plant the seed for hope that you know you can trust yourself.
If you feel right now a bit heavy,
Dark or like really pulled to the ground or even like you can't see or think clear,
There are so many fox around you and you don't know how to breathe,
Then this meditation is for you to really invite your love again,
Your hope.
Are you ready?
And make it comfortable,
As comfortable as you can have it.
You can lay down,
Seated position or standing.
Tune into your body,
What is the most supporting for you right now and each day,
Each meditation can be different.
So take your time and make the last movements you really need to do to fully relax in your position.
It can be moving in circles,
Rolling a bit from side to side or lifting the shoulders up,
Rolling them back until you find your possession.
Your spine is long and elongated,
Your neck relaxed and your face,
Every muscle in your face is relaxed.
Feel free to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to arrive in yourself.
Deep and long inhale and exhale.
Deep inhale,
Hold on the top and exhale.
Really arrive in the now and then deep inhale,
Hold on the top,
Feel your breath inside of you and exhale.
Beautiful.
And then just allow yourself to be.
No need to change anything.
No need to do,
To worry.
Just be here.
How is your breath?
And just listen.
No need to change anything.
Just raise your awareness.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Just let it flow full of ease.
Allow yourself to surrender into the now.
And while you're more and more relaxing into the now,
I truly invite you to keep breathing whatever may arise during the meditation.
Keep breathing.
It might change to another rhythm.
That's fine,
Allow it.
And imagine you're walking through a forest.
It's a beautiful forest with big trees all around you.
With birds,
How does it smell?
How does it feel?
You keep walking,
You keep breathing.
And while you keep walking,
You see the sun is coming down.
It's sunset time,
The most magical moment.
And it's this golden pure light,
And it's just reaching you through the trees,
Through the leaves.
And you see this golden red and orange ball of sun and how it colors the sky.
And you see it's coming into the darkness,
Your forest is getting more dark step by step.
And you know you are safe.
It's okay to keep walking,
To keep breathing.
It's time to walk into the darkness.
Time to face the unknown.
You might feel a bit lost,
But it's there.
The way is there and you know it.
You just keep walking.
It's getting more dark and dark and you know you have to listen to your senses to keep continuing what you're doing.
Keep breathing more than everything else.
In and out.
And feel the ground,
It's still there.
Keep walking.
You might also feel you need support.
Then imagine somebody is holding your hand or there's like a line.
What you can just grab was your hand and follow the line.
Or you have a stick in your hand and you keep walking step by step,
Deeper and deeper into the darkness.
You're not afraid.
It's okay.
You know even there might be some stones in the way.
You will find a way over or around them.
There might be some branches.
There might be anything in your way.
Even a tree.
It doesn't matter.
You will find a way around it.
Because you know it's okay,
It's your inner darkness,
Not knowing and being lost,
Being in the space.
It's okay.
Breathe.
Keep walking.
You are there.
That's all.
Keep trusting.
Keep walking.
And find your way.
Your own unique way.
If there are feelings coming,
Let them come.
It's time to face.
If there are emotions coming,
It's okay.
It's also time to embrace them.
Whatever comes,
It's okay.
Allow it.
Keep breathing.
Be there for yourself.
Because you know there is some magic.
And slowly you can see it.
It's in front of you like a small glimpse of hope.
Light.
And it's getting brighter and brighter and the ground is getting more soft and soft.
You are walking on the most precious ground.
Every step is vibrating,
Inviting you with more ease to do the next one.
And it's like you're entering the most magical,
Most beautiful and shiny forest clearing.
It's like a fairy tale.
It's sunny.
It's warm.
It's so shiny and it's embracing you.
It's like the most purest,
The most touching moment.
And you know,
You're home.
Home inside of yourself.
Inside of the deepest forest.
You are home.
You hear the birds singing for you.
Maybe there are some other animals you invite.
You hear them.
You see them.
And which flowers are around?
Can you smell them?
Can you smell the beauty,
The freshness?
All your senses are activated.
It feels so good coming home.
You even start to smile,
To laugh,
To giggle.
Everything is allowed because you are home.
Embrace it.
Feel it.
Feel it in every cell.
And when you fully,
Fully feel it,
You see there is like a fountain,
A fountain of bliss,
Of happiness,
Of joy.
It's a fountain of hope.
And it's like water is endlessly coming out of it.
It's overwhelming.
It's like pure glitter.
It's all around.
And it's radiating all around in your fairy tale,
In your forest clearing.
How does it feel?
And there might come new pictures,
New emotions,
Embrace them,
Allow them.
Allow the pure bliss and joy to enter your heart space.
Feel it.
And take a few more breaths and time here on your own.
Embrace it.
Feel the hope.
It's already there.
Feel your face and your confidence.
Can you feel it?
Take another deep inhale,
Really feel it,
Feel it,
Feel it.
And exhale,
Spread it into every cell of your body.
Take another deep inhale and spread it also into your emotional body.
And take another deep inhale and spread this bliss also in your mental body.
Take another deep,
Deep,
Deep inhale and spread your bliss,
Your hope and faith into your whole being,
Into every kind of layer.
And you know,
You can always come back to your forest clearing.
And now it's the time to take this magical feeling,
What you embrace right now inside.
And slowly come back,
Turn around and you see the forest is not that dark anymore.
It's more bright already and you find a new way,
A new way through your forest.
And when you reach the edge of the forest,
The sun comes up.
It's sunrise time.
And you know,
You are home everywhere where you go.
You have this beauty inside of you.
The safetiness of being you.
In the space where you are right now,
Get aware of the time,
The situation of your body.
And take three more breaths here to fully arrive and settle back into yourself.
Deep inhale,
Hold on top and a long exhale.
Another deep inhale.
Feel the fresh energy,
Fresh air entering your lungs.
Hold it and exhale.
Another deep,
Deep inhale.
Yummy,
The fresh air,
Energy and exhale.
Open your eyes gently and welcome back.
Allow yourself all the time you need to fully come back.
Get ready for the rest of your day.
