Hello my dears,

Welcome to this meditation for more grounding to really center yourself to activate your mulada chakra,

Your root chakra.

When you feel sometimes you're flying around,

You're almost everywhere,

Maybe your sign,

Zodiac sign is also connected with the air and you just feel you need more stability,

More grounding,

More safetyness as well then this meditation is especially for you.

Are you ready?

And for today I also invite you to even now if you are in the nature or if you can feel your feets,

Do you want to put them even on the ground?

Even if you're in the room it can be already more grounding or you wanna touch with the sole of your feets,

Your skin or even sole to sole of the feets,

Whatever is helpful to bring you more awareness in your feets because they are all about grounding yourself,

They are connected to your mulada chakra and it's also super helpful to just go in the nature and walk barefoot so if you have time later today then even if you are in the winter season but like if you can just like for one minute,

The longer the better but like if it's hot or cold it always depends but if you can step out of your flip flops of your shoes of your socks and just be barefoot it's so much healing,

It's so much connection to nature so if you're able to do this,

Do it.

If you found your position for now close your eyes and dive inward.

Imagine a seed,

It's a uniquely beautiful seed,

It has everything inside what it needs.

How does your seed look like?

Is it small or bigger?

Is it round?

Smooth or hard?

Is it colorful?

And with this seed I truly invite you to set an intention,

Intention for this meditation it can be more grounding,

More safety,

More stability or something else.

What is your intention?

You found it?

Then imagine a place where you want to put your seed into soil.

Imagine you put the first water drops on top and you believe your seed will open and you watch it,

It's opening and the first roots are going down into the earth,

Finding their ways into the soil,

Curious where they are,

Getting to know the surrounding and the same is happening into the sky at the same time.

The root chakra and the crown chakra so similar.

If you watch a tree the same when it goes into the earth,

It also goes up into the sky.

Can you see it and feel it?

Centered in the middle into both directions,

The grounding down and actually the grounding also up.

Elongated in the middle,

Lengthen your spine,

Feel it.

As in you,

You are the seed.

And I ask you,

Where in your life are you grounded already?

Are there places similar to the soil where you feel stable,

You can fully drop and relax there because you know it's like home,

You can relax into every cell,

It feels so choosy and you can just be you.

It can be in the nature,

It can be your home.

Where do you feel this groundedness?

And which people can give you this same feeling of groundedness,

Of pure relaxing and you can just be you.

You don't need to worry about anything you can say and talk and just be you.

And grounding can come in so many different ways also or especially with food.

If you study food,

And actually we are all doing it daily but mostly unconscious,

But if you get aware when you cook or where you go and what you eat,

Is it grounding you?

And to make it more simple,

The root chakra is mostly set.

It has dark red,

Sometimes even brownish or even black color and it's really deep connected with the grounding,

With the darkness as well.

And the opposite,

If you have really bright colors in the food,

It's connected more with the air but also it's another kind of connectedness and of rootedness.

So what are you grabbing right now for?

Just yourself this when you eat the next time,

Beetroot for example,

Potatoes,

Pumpkin,

That's really grounding.

But maybe for you it's more a green salad.

We are all uniquely,

So I truly invite you next time when you eat.

Feel into your body,

Ask yourself before eating,

What is nourishing my system right now the best?

How can I ground myself to feel more safe and stable in myself?

And then after eating,

How do you feel?

Low energy?

You need to take a sleep?

Or do you feel uplifted,

Energized?

Every period of life is different,

Every day is different.

So listen,

Don't consume the same places,

The same people,

The same food every day.

Maybe today you need something else.

Explore it.

And come back to your seat.

Can you feel and see?

It's not a seat anymore,

It's a whole plant already,

A tree.

How does it look like and how are you feeling right now?

Take a few more breaths here.

Inhale and exhale.

Give yourself a smile.

Thank you for this grounding,

For feeling your roots.

And whenever you feel today,

You need to ground deeper.

Go in the nature,

Go bear fruit.

Meditation is now over,

Start to come back in space and time.

Thank you so so much for joining me today.

For allowing your awareness to raise,

To allowing to feel safe and grounded.

To activate your Munada chakra.

Namaste.
