A guided meditation to faciliate self-healing. Begin by working with the breath and a mantra to help tune into your connection with Source. Then moving into a visualisation working with your power of intention and the energy of green light to send healing to wherever you need it.

Either lying down flat or sitting in a comfortable upright position with your back straight.

Close your eyes and take a few moments to connect with your breath.

Keeping your attention on your breath we're going to begin by reciting a Sanskrit mantra to help you tune into your connection with Source.

On each inhalation,

Silently recite SO.

On each exhalation,

Recite OM.

SO on the in-breath,

OM on the out-breath.

Continue for a couple of minutes.

Now bring your attention to a part of your body where you would like to channel your healing energy.

If there is no specific region in need of more focused attention,

Then simply hold your attention on your entire body and imagine a bright green colour bathing this area or bathing your entire aura if you're doing a general full-body healing.

If you're having trouble seeing the colour,

Then simply repeat the word green,

Green,

Green as you're holding your attention here.

We're going to stay with this for a few minutes.

Now you can release your attention from your physical body and send a prayer of gratitude to Source Energy.

Divine Beloved,

Thank you for the healing.

Thank you for helping me to release energetic blocks that have caused illness or prevented healing.

Thank you for sending me insights that will help me in my healing process and for pointing the way for me to move forward with grace and truth.

Now take three slow deep breaths to ground yourself back in the present moment before resuming your daily activities.

And repeat this meditation whenever you feel the need for support on your healing journey.
