On the day of the new moon, or the day before or after, use this guided visualisation to help you consciously sow seeds of intention around whatever you wish to create in your life. Engaging with your own breath, bring to life how you will feel when your intentions have come to pass.

In this meditation we're going to harness the power of the new moon to help us to bring about some change either in ourselves or in our lives.

Begin by sitting in a comfortable upright position and closing your eyes.

Tune into your breath.

Notice without altering its natural rhythm the pattern of your breathing.

And simply sit for a minute in observance of your breath.

You can now bring to mind whatever it is that you'd like to create for yourself.

Maybe that's an experience or maybe it's a new way of being.

Imagine that intention is a seed and see yourself sawing it directly into the earth.

And now visualize yourself watering that seed on a daily basis and trusting that it will soon sprout and that it will bloom at the right time.

Take a little bit of time to imagine that happening over the coming months and changing seasons.

First see the initial seedling emerging and growing taller and stronger each day.

And as it gets taller now start to see it fully grown and starting to flower.

As it comes into full bloom imagine how you'll feel when your intention has come to fruition.

Feel into that reality and allow the sensation of it having come to pass,

Fill up your body and radiate outwards to fill up your aura.

And for the next couple of minutes just sit in silence with this feeling.

With each inhalation focus on drawing that feeling into your everyday life.

And with each exhalation imagine that it's expanding.

You you you you you you Now it's time to release your intention and simply trust that the Divine will support you in bringing it to fruition at the right time and in the right way.

So now start to bring your attention back to the present moment,

Noticing sensations in your body and sounds in your environment.

When you feel ready slowly blink your eyes open and return to your daily activities.
