She believes that advanced yoga poses can only be achieved through greater mastery in the simplest of poses and the technical details that come with it. Her teaching style is deeply influenced by Jason Crandell’s, her 300hr YTT teacher, and is currently one of his student mentors for his online advanced teacher training.
