Welcome to this meditation.
My name is Kyra and I'll be your guide today.
So when you're ready,
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Perhaps sitting on a chair,
A yoga mat,
Or lying down,
Whatever feels best for you today and close down the eyes.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out through the mouth,
Releasing tension and another deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Completely relax,
Sinking into the chair or the floor or whatever you're resting your body on.
Continue to take deep slow breaths throughout the meditation,
Bring your awareness,
To your body,
Scanning from your toes all the way up to the top of your head and noticing any areas that feel uncomfortable,
That might feel painful or that are holding on to tension.
Just noticing without judgment and if you find any areas that are a bit sore or painful,
Just breathe in to those areas,
Breathe in light,
Exhale tension,
Inhale healing,
Exhale pain,
Inhale peace,
Exhale discomfort.
Now that your body is feeling completely relaxed,
Begin to visualize what is the deeper meaning to your life,
Why do you get up out of bed every day and do the things that you do?
What is the purpose of this all?
Is there a higher goal you're trying to reach?
Perhaps you have a career goal or perhaps a financial goal or maybe you're working towards manifesting your dream home or a soulmate or a family.
Right now I'd like you to connect with this higher vision,
What would your life look like in your ideal future?
I'll give you a moment here to visualize in detail exactly what you want your life to look like.
With your higher vision clearly in your mind,
What is one step that you could take today that will bring you closer to this vision?
What is the single most powerful thing you could do today to bring you closer to your dreams?
Commit to yourself that you will take this action and that you will keep taking daily action towards creating this higher vision into your reality.
In your mind now repeat this affirmation with me,
I am committed to bringing my dreams into reality.
I am committed to bringing my dreams into reality.
I am committed to bringing my dreams into reality.
Slowly bring your awareness now back into your physical body bringing some movement into the hands,
Giving the toes a stretch and a wiggle and when you're ready opening up the eyes.
Stay committed to bringing your dreams into reality,
You can totally do this and feel free to come back to this meditation as often as you need to reconnect with your higher vision and stay committed to manifesting your dreams.
