In this meditation, we will do a body scan and bring our awareness to soften the space between the eyebrows, an area we often hold a lot of tension from thinking and ruminating. By becoming aware and letting go of any tightness here, we create space for clarity and intuition. A simple meditation practice to hold our awareness in the present moment.
