You have created your outer world with your inner thoughts.

You have also built your inner world.

Our bodies communicate with us in many ways.

It's up to us to listen and interpret.

The opening of the seven chakras,

Each chakra returns to harmony within itself.

It's activated by the energy vortex whereby energy projects upward and into the creator light,

Into each chakra until the crown chakra is activated.

The chakra system begins to spin and the five greater galactic planes send luminous light from the higher council to heal and activate all chakras.

Focus on your root chakra.

Breathe into it.

The root chakra grounds your physical self to the earth and it gives it sustainability to maintain and honor your physical body while reaching for the stars.

It helps you release old scarcity and confidence issues and replaces them with courage.

Tap into your treasure chest of abundance.

Take a deep breath in and say to yourself,

I am now activating and integrating the power of unity and oneness and my connection with the earth and all of its abundance.

See it and let it move up into your second chakra.

I am one with the divine creator source.

This is the seed of your emotional and physical self.

I am now activating the power of passion through my spirit as the director of my desire to create joy,

Prosperity to enjoy and share with others.

I am whole and complete within myself.

Your solar plexus is responsible for your emotional and mental health.

Knowledge turns into wisdom,

Activate your solar centre and it begins at this point.

I am taking control of my actions and activating my power centre.

I am the master of my desires and I set clearly defined boundaries.

If you are not aligned with your heart chakra,

You will begin to be governed by the three lower chakras,

The physical self which is instinctive and primal.

As you balance all of these energies up,

You can tap into your sacred mind.

You ignite wisdom,

Compassion and love.

It's the oneness of life.

I now activate my heart power centre,

Life force centre.

I receive only love and light energy.

I open my heart to the divine love of spirit.

I am universal love.

Depending on your thoughts and the words you project,

You create your own reality and it will attract that energy.

The ascension and mastery process mental and emotional plane and beyond.

So we can access the divine blueprint which is our goal for this time.

Communication is the power of the spoken word.

It's the most important tool on the physical plane.

You speak the language of love,

Light and soul talk.

You will always speak your highest truth.

You will be expressive and creative as well as in your written word manifesting your vision for the future.

I am now accessing my willpower through the power of communication and self-expression.

I will speak my truth through integrity and discernment.

Move through the whispers of intuition and know that you are being guided and inspired by spirit to new knowledge,

Creative ideas will be accessible to you.

Love is the life force of creation.

Everything that is darkness into the light for it is just a creation of your mind.

I am now accessing my power of my intuitive mind.

I have a clear insight as I listen and tap into my inner wisdom,

The wisdom of my higher self.

See it and let it move up into your seventh chakra,

Your crown chakra.

I am the perfect instrument of clarity and wisdom.

When your crown chakra is activated,

It opens up a column of light in preparation and immigration into your over soul.

As you progress,

The gifts,

Wisdom and treasures that are available to you,

As you demonstrate that you are ready to live,

Love and create,

It will be infused with your consciousness.

I am now accessing my spiritual power in the connection with my divine center of enlightenment,

Inspiration and wisdom.

See a sphere of light that represents your crown chakra and begin to see it spin faster and faster,

See it and let it move up into your soul star that is around 10 centimeters from your crown.

I connect and I am in alignment to the rainbow bridge that is my higher consciousness.

Let it transmute any and all negative misguided qualities.

Let it move beyond me and beyond the law of karma into a state of grace.

Breathe deeply and envisage this column of light that connects you to the divine.

I am presence growing wider and wider as it forms a lotus blossom flower.

See it clearing all the distortion and static from your divine connection with spirit so that the frequency patterns of the divine,

Light,

Divine will and divine wisdom may flow freely to you via the great rays of our mother and father divine.

I am one with the divine force.

Breathe deeply.

Let your love and light energy and breathe deeply into your heart space.

Invisage your soul essence within a sphere of light at the porthole of the back of your spine,

At the base of your spine and move it upwards into a new pyramid of light which is a meeting place for you and your soul family,

Friends who are here to help you in this journey.

There is a round crystal table.

Take a seat.

Look around the room.

Take note of the people that are also sitting at the table.

Who is with you?

Others may be added from time to time and your pyramid of light will expand to accommodate them all.

In the center of the table is a big crystal that is radiating thunderbolts of light and healing energy to this divine light.

There is a fountain underneath the table with a violet flame pouring out and into the room which is purifying and transmuting everything you need into light and love energy.

Breathe in and let the light flood through you as you rise above and lift into the air.

You are everything you need to be.

You have all of the answers right here in your perfect alignment.

Your body feels lighter and brighter.

As you are one with your emotional,

Physical and spirit body you are united and you are at one with the entire divine.

Take a deep breath and say thank you for my guidance today.

Ask them if they have any messages for you and allow it to come.

Allow yourself to come back into the room.

Come back into your body.

Know that you can connect to this place at any time.
