I invite you to find a space where you can relax,

It can be laying down or sitting,

Whatever makes you comfortable.

Then I'll invite you to close your eyes down and enjoy a long slow deep breath in through the nose,

Letting it out through the mouth with an audible sigh,

Placing your hand on your heart,

Signifying to your nervous system that you are safe to be here and letting your breath return to its own natural rhythm,

Using this space to find the power of the pause,

The stillness and the beauty and the power of the present moment.

Letting every breath melt,

Continue to relax your body with every breath,

Every breath,

Easily,

Elegantly,

Your body relaxes,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Relaxing your neck.

As you bring to mind,

Alight the center of your chest,

Notice what color it is,

Hello heart,

I see you heart,

I love you heart and as this light gets bigger and bigger with every breath,

You feel a wave of gratitude wash over you,

Feeling grateful for this moment,

Taking this time to nurture your mind,

Your body,

Your spirit as this light showers you with bliss,

Freedom,

Liberation,

Power,

Decadence,

Melting into this moment,

Letting this light engulf your body as it ripples out throughout your body,

Your mental body,

Your physical body,

Your energy body,

Your emotional body and your spirit body,

Allowing yourself to bathe in this light,

This gratitude,

This bliss,

This freedom,

Noticing what it feels like in your body,

Allowing yourself to feel this freedom,

This gratitude ripple out throughout your veins,

Throughout your bones,

Feeling love and peace in your heart with every breath in,

Just give yourself over to these feelings as you have an in-body experience now and taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Coming back into your body,

Back into your day,

Giving yourself a wave of gratitude for nourishing your soul in this moment as you go about your day.
