Today I'm taking you through a meditation to embody presence and true sense of strength.
Letting yourself fully arrive at this moment.
With every soft breath in,
Feel yourself become closer to this moment,
To absolute presence.
How close can you become to this moment that shortly is becoming the next moment?
Feeling your feet touching the ground beneath you,
Feeling the texture of the ground underneath you,
Having it fully touch your feet.
Allowing yourself to become fully present with the texture beneath your feet.
Letting yourself arrive into the sensation of your feet on the ground.
Letting this be a reminder,
A presence,
The depth of presence that you will be experiencing is the depth of sensation that you're willing to experience.
Soft breath in,
Allow your breath guide you into a new depth of presence that you've never experienced before.
You become so present that you witness the air touching your nose as it enters your system.
And how that changes the dynamic of your body.
At the same time,
Sense the exhale that is coming out of you.
The groundedness it leaves behind.
As you're being held in this present moment,
Feel yourself being lifted up towards the ceiling.
Feeling your spine lengthening,
Your head lengthening over top of your torso.
And feeling your rib gently come over your pelvis,
Creating that nice deep anchor within you.
Allow your eyes soften even more.
Your cheekbones soften.
Let your tongue rest on the roof of your mouth.
And as you're allowing the top teeth gently land on the bottom teeth.
And feeling a sense of relaxation and softness arrive to your jaw,
To your ears,
The muscles on the sides of your neck.
And allowing a sense of softness travel down into your shoulders,
Down to your chest,
Down to your belly,
Into your pelvis,
Down through your legs.
Allowing this force of nature arrive to the top of your head.
And feeling gentle hands coming to your side,
Holding your head,
And gently,
Nicely holding the weight of your head and pulling it up towards the sky.
And having your chin pointing down towards your throat,
Feeling a nice length beginning to create in the back of your head.
Feeling your head and your ears continue moving away from your shoulders.
Feeling that nice length all the way up to the sky.
And as your head continue moving up,
Feeling that create a length in the back of your neck.
And the space between your shoulders,
And the space in your mid-back,
The space in your lower back,
Down deep into your tailbone.
As you're being held,
Feel a sense of length,
Softness,
Strength,
Fluidity arrive into your spine.
As if you're allowing a new depth,
A new technology being inserted into your nervous system,
Into your mind,
Into your skull,
Down through your whole spine.
Technology of presence.
Technology of capacity to hold extreme of sensations.
Allowing the sensation to move through you as a symbol,
As a reminder of your aliveness.
As you softly inhale,
Take a moment to remember the patterns,
The dynamics,
The conditioning that taught you to numb yourself,
To dim in the sensations.
What are the patterns that steal away from you fully experiencing the sensations that is alive within you?
Trusting that your ability to be in the moment,
To be in the moment,
Trusting that your ability,
Your capacity to feel sadness shows your capacity to feel ultimate joy,
Ultimate love.
Your capacity to fully breathe translates fully into your capacity.
The level of presence you get to experience in life.
You are the end.
You are the bridge.
That you let the sensation travel through you to the extremes.
With every breath in,
Your bridge becomes more powerful,
More grounded.
A bridge that can carry all of you,
All of life.
A bridge that can carry the most heartbreaking things and at the same time the biggest,
The most glorious miracles.
Take another soft breath in and exhale through the back of your throat.
As you breathe in,
Remember the strength that you carry within you.
Let your strengths become more known,
Become more present.
And as you exhale,
Allow all the patterns,
All the dynamic that takes away your ability to be the true self you've been born to be.
In this moment,
Allow strength to change meaning for you.
Allow all the conditionings,
All the dynamics that has been associated to strength to fall down.
Give yourself in this moment a deeper understanding,
A wisdom that defines a new version of the strength for you.
The strength that embodies softness,
Strength that embodies presence,
Strength that embodies power beyond measure,
Faith beyond measure.
Take another soft breath in and let your strength fill you up.
Feel yourself and your body and your torso rise above the chair.
Have the palms of your hands over your head.
Have the palms of your hands open to the ceiling,
To the sky.
And in this moment,
Pray.
You become so soft.
You can be moved.
By your own strength.
You can be so present that you can see every single miracle in front of your eyes.
So you can receive yourself and your life fully.
Take another soft breath and let the breath fill you up at the cellular level.
Fill you up in each corner.
Let this breath expand you and hold the breath.
Can you softly,
Gently take another breath in?
And allow this second breath to expand you even deeper.
Your mind might say,
That's it,
I cannot take another breath in.
But can your body,
Can you let your body open up more room for a third breath coming in?
For a third breath coming in.
And letting yourself expand even deeper with your own life force.
Can you feel the sensation on your skin?
Can you find quiet?
Can you find presence while the sensations are at its extreme?
While you're holding that sensation,
Can you find peace?
Knowing that it's going to pass as you open your mouth and exhale through the back of your throat.
When you're done,
Have your lips sealed,
Come back to normal breath.
Allow your body to relax while still being held by the power beyond you,
Above you,
Beneath you,
Around you.
Allow in this moment,
The wisdom of your body become present.
Softly,
Gently bow to your body and ask your body,
What do I need to know in this moment?
Let your body know that it's always safe and secure.
It's safe to share wisdom.
Express your gratitude.
And slowly,
Gently bring yourself back to the room you're in.
Bring the gentlest,
The softest motion into your body.
And slowly come out whenever you're ready.
There is absolutely no rush.
Take your time.
