On days that you feel like you're falling behind and your dreams feel like so out of reach and they feel like you no matter how much you're reaching for them they keep moving away from you and you feel like there's this depth of rush in your system that you need to be doing more you start feeling tensed up in the body as if you're going for a war what if you can fight with no war?

What if there is no rush?

What if everything is happening in perfect timing?

What if you can exhale and let go of some of the tension in your body,

In your neck,

In your lower back,

In your heart what if you take a moment to trust yourself?

What if you remember to believe in miracles again?

What if you remember a kid in front of your child?

Like allow them to inspire you to allow that innocence to move through you that sense of remembering the fun,

Remembering the pleasure,

Remembering the curiosity,

The awe in your eyes and don't be afraid of being a fool and starting over that's what the creative expression is I'm saying all of this in a way to myself but I'm going to share it with you as a reminder today
