Heather came to this work through her own unravelling. A medically induced early menopause in her forties, years in corporate life, and the eventual reckoning that comes when you have been everything to everyone for too long. Nature became her constant companion through that passage, and her meditations carry that same quality of steadiness, of something always waiting for you, whatever the season. She is a qualified women's therapeutic coach, menopause coach, and personal trainer with over eight years of experience working with midlife women.
