Hello and welcome to this meditation to help you reconnect with your true self.
This is a meditation for clarity.
So to begin with,
I'm going to guide you down into a deeply relaxed state.
Using some simple mindfulness techniques.
And then from there,
I'll be guiding you through a series of reflective questions designed to help you truly connect with who you are on a deep soul level and what's important to you.
It's so important that we realize what we truly want deep in our hearts so that we can start making the decisions in our lives to move towards that.
Rather than just being on autopilot,
As it's so easy to do.
So just begin by finding yourself in a nice,
Comfortable position.
You can be seated or lying down for this meditation.
Just make sure that you are nice and comfortable.
Shoulders down and relax.
When you're ready,
You may like to gently close your eyes.
Or you can just hold a soft gaze in front of you.
We're going to take a nice deep breath in together through the nose and then we'll hold it and release slowly through the mouth.
So nice,
Conscious,
Deep,
Slow breath in.
Hold it for a moment.
And release the breath slowly.
We're going to do that together another two times.
So another deep breath in.
And release the breath slowly as you do so.
Letting go of anything you don't want to bring with you into this meditation.
This is your time.
You're safe.
One final time,
A deep breath in together.
Hold it at the top.
And release the breath slowly.
As you do so feeling all the muscles in your body.
Getting heavier.
As you let loose let go of any tension.
Soften any resistance.
Bring your attention to.

Tiny muscles around your eyes and ensure that they are soft.
Loose and relaxed.
Ensure that your jaw is soft and relaxed.
It's so easy for us to hold tension throughout the day without even really realizing it until we take a moment.
Connects.
And just remembering that Any thoughts you have.
You can just notice and allow them to be there.
We're not trying to.
.
.
Eliminate thoughts.
Really not possible.
We're just remembering that.
We are the conscious being who is capable.
Of noticing the thoughts.
And maybe just noticing.
How your body is making contact with.
The surface below you.
Whether that's your legs.
You'll be.
.
.
Just noticing an anchor point in the body.
And seeing if you can bring all your awareness to this very point now.
Noticing any sensation.
However small and subtle they might be.
And as we go through the meditation.
Just remembering.
If you find yourself distracted by thoughts,
You can come back to an anchor of your choice.
Any sensation in the body.
Or just coming back to.

.
The soft rhythm of your breath.
Without any conscious effort from you.
So our first question today.
Will reflect on in this.
Deep state of relaxation.
And I don't want you to think about the answers.
We're just allowing any answers to arise.
And if no answer arises,
That's absolutely okay.
There's no right or wrong way to do this.
And certainly no way you can get it wrong.
All we're doing is creating space so that.

Maybe some answers.
Might arise.
And if you have to do this.
30 times before you get an answer,
That's okay too.
So our first question to reflect on today is.

What am I most grateful for?
What am I?
Most.
Grateful for.
And our second question.
Once again,
Just allowing space for anything.
That wants to come through,
To come through.
Is What is truly important to me?
What is truly important to me.
In my life.
Next question.
Let's take this a little deeper.
Who am I?
Ooh.
Am i Just noticing.
If any answers arise.
Knowing that it's okay if no answer arises.
Remembering that any answer We'll always be kind.
And supporting.
When it's arising from your higher self.
I'm your son.
Who am I?
And our next question.
What is my purpose here?
What is my purpose?
Here.
And what does my heart long for the most?
At this time.
What does my heart?
Long for the most.
At this time.
That's wonderful.
And just one final reflective question for today.
What do I believe about myself currently?
That is holding me back.
What do I believe about myself currently?
That is holding me back.
And often this will be.
.
.
Neither are statements of us being.
Too much of something.
For example,
Too old or.
.
.
Not enough of something.
Maybe not enough experience or.
.
.
Not enough money.
Just notice what the belief is without any judgment.
What belief is holding you back?
And now that you know what that belief is that's holding you back.
We're going to,
In this relaxed state,
Powerfully reframe that.
So I want you to turn that statement around.
And flip it completely too.
The opposite of what the limiting belief is.
So for example,
If your limiting belief was,
I can't heal.
And maybe.
.
.
Your new statement would be.
.
.
My healing is inevitable.
I'm already symptom free.
And loving life.
This is your affirmation.
Help with your growth and evolution.
To help move you towards where you want to be.
And like all affirmations,
It should be.
In the present tense,
And using clear positive language only.
I love having all the time I need.
It feels amazing.
To have.
Total financial freedom.
And now that you know what you are.
Empowering affirmation is.
We're just going to Let that go.
We're going to surrender.
To the universe and just enjoy being present.
In this moment,
For another minute or so.
We just.

Trusting that We've done everything we needed to do for today.
Whether you receive answers or not,
Just know that.
By practicing this,
You're creating more space.
And clarity in your subconscious mind.
And that creates room for what you truly desire.
To enter into your life.
At exactly the right time.
You can trust that prophecy.
So let's see.
Bring this meditation to a close.
I invite you to take another deep breath in with me.
And we'll just let that go.
And whenever you're ready.
Begin moving your fingers or your toes.
Stretch in any way that feels good.
You can open your eyes when you're ready.
Come back into this moment,
Back into the room.
