In this practice, we’ll combine the scientifically proven power of smiling, with some relaxing breath work, a short gratitude exercise, a loving kindness practice, and a three-minute mantra meditation to connect to the vibration of unconditional love and get our feel-good chemicals flowing for the day. The mantra is ‘Aham Prema’ meaning ‘I am Divine Love’. To raise your vibration, it’s great to practice this meditation or something similar every day for at least 21 days. The music in the background is ‘Serenetude for Uplift, by MaJiKer, who is also a teacher here on Insight Timer. The track is an uplifting, calming soundscape created using a single note and sculpted into an immersive sonic landscape.
