Hello and welcome to this deep sleep meditation with visualization,
Energetic work and affirmations to help you release with love and gratitude anything that is no longer serving you.
My name's Heather Dean and I'm so honored and grateful to have the opportunity to be your guide today.
Thank you for being here.
So find yourself in a nice comfortable position,
Lying down,
Ready for sleep.
Make sure you have any pillows or blankets you need and just settle down,
Taking some nice slow breaths.
This is your time and you are free to drift into sleep whenever your mind and body are ready.
Your subconscious mind is always listening and absorbing helpful information.
So don't worry,
Your subconscious won't miss a thing and you will still receive powerful healing from doing this practice,
Even if you fall asleep quickly.
I'm going to guide you down into a deeply relaxed and calm state in which your mind will be open and your imagination a powerful tool for transformation.
To help us to do that,
I'm going to ask you in a moment to roll your eyes right up,
Almost as if you were looking up towards your third eye chakra.
We'll take three deep breaths together and then you'll close your eyes and relax them completely.
When we roll our eyes up like this,
We get little bursts of alpha brainwaves that help us to feel more relaxed,
Connected and inwardly focused.
So go ahead now and roll your eyes right up.
Keep your chin down and relaxed,
We're just moving the eyes.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and breathe out.
We're going to do that again,
Keeping your eyes rolled up.
Take a second deep breath in and breathe out slowly.
And one last time with your eyes right up and every time you blink,
You're drifting deeper into relaxation.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
That's perfect.
And now just let your eyes drift closed,
Float closed,
Allow your eyes to relax completely and all the tiny muscles in and around your eyes let go,
Let loose and you are already feeling more and more relaxed.
Now let your breathing return to a natural,
Relaxed rhythm and just rest your attention gently on the sound of my voice as you come into this space of awareness,
Presence and connection with yourself.
You are safe in this moment.
All is well.
So I invite you to ensure that your jaw is soft and relaxed.
Bring your attention gently to your shoulders.
Relax your shoulders.
Bring your attention now to your back.
Relax the back completely.
Come to your stomach and relax the stomach.
Allow your arms and legs to feel loose,
Heavy,
Completely relaxed.
I invite you to bring to mind with kind awareness the thing that you are ready to release today.
This can be anything at all that you recognize is no longer aligned with your growth and highest potential.
This could be an outdated,
Limiting belief about yourself,
An unhelpful habit you're ready to free yourself from or an unhealthy attachment to a person,
An object or a situation.
Or maybe you're just here to let go of willing to change the future or of wishing you could change the past.
None of us can change what's already been done and the future is not ours to will into being.
But the present is yours and you can use it to choose freedom,
To choose peace,
To let go.
Whenever we let go of what is no longer serving us,
We make room energetically for something better to enter into our lives.
Sometimes it takes us a while to realize we've been holding on to something too tightly and remember that's okay.
It took however long it needed to take to get to this point.
You're not late.
You are right on time.
One of the greatest acts of self-love is to release our grip on the things that no longer serve us,
To surrender and let the universe take over.
In letting go,
We free ourselves.
There's a story I want to share with you from ancient China.
Some villagers were upset because monkeys were stealing food that they needed for their families.
They set about finding a way to capture the monkeys humanely so that they could release them back into the wild,
Far away from the village.
A trap was devised using two things they knew the monkeys loved,
Rice and coconuts.
To make the traps,
They hollowed out coconuts and put a small hole in each one,
Just the size of an extended monkey paw.
Then they filled the coconuts with rice,
Tied them to the trees and left them there.
When the villagers came back the next day,
Every single coconut had a monkey trapped in it.
The monkeys could just get their paw into the hole.
They grabbed the rice and once their paw was a fist full of rice,
They could no longer get it out again to release themselves.
They couldn't eat the rice and yet they still wouldn't let go.
The idea of the rice,
Even the hope of it,
Kept them hanging on tightly to it and therefore trapped.
So I invite you to reflect.
What's your rice?
What can you let go of that is keeping you trapped?
We all have situations that arise at some point in our lives that require us to let go of something we're holding onto too tightly.
Because letting go is such an important lesson for every single one of us.
And remember that letting go doesn't mean we stop caring or stop wanting.
It just means we're choosing something better to take into our future.
Something lighter.
Something more aligned.
We can let go with love and gratitude for what we received in the past and still choose something different that aligns more with our soul.
As Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu said,
When I let go of what I am,
I become what I might be.
And there are several reasons that letting go can be challenging.
Maybe it's hard because the thing you're releasing today once served an important role in your life.
Maybe even enabled you to survive,
To keep going.
But if that role is over,
Maybe it's time to let go and choose freedom.
Or maybe it's hard because you're letting go of something or someone you loved deeply.
You're not letting go of the love.
The love you felt is yours to keep.
You're only letting go of the disappointment of not getting the ending that you wanted.
What if the story was never meant to end the way you wanted?
You can let go of the past to make room for the peace and love you seek to enter.
Or maybe it's hard because you're letting go of an old story of past pain and in some way your sense of identity has become enmeshed with the challenges you've had to overcome to get here.
Remember that you are not your past pain or struggles.
You are the strength it took to overcome them.
You are living proof of hope and human resilience.
You will not cease to exist if you let go of the past.
You will become.
You will be free.
We are constantly evolving beings and you have a right to release anything that no longer aligns,
That no longer serves a purpose in your highest timeline.
You can give yourself permission now to let go.
I invite you to picture yourself now standing on an incredibly beautiful,
Pristine beach.
Everything about this beach is perfect for you.
Notice the color of the sand,
The way the sand feels under your bare feet.
Hear the sound of the waves.
See the color of the water and feel the temperature of the air under your skin.
Notice how the air feels,
Smells and tastes as you breathe in and out.
Just take a moment to take in the incredible beauty of this place.
This safe space that is here just for you.
See yourself begin to walk slowly and easily down to the shoreline where gentle waves lap over the silky sand.
You look down to your right and notice a little table with several objects laid out for you.
There's a pen and paper,
A little card box,
A small wooden boat and some matches.
See yourself taking the pen and paper and writing down with care the thing you want to release today.
Take a moment to write this in just a word or two,
Whatever you need.
That's perfect.
Now fold the paper up neatly and place it in the little card box.
See this box,
Any shape and colors that you like.
This is a sacred releasing ritual,
So you can create the most beautiful box you can imagine.
Now place the box on the little wooden boat.
Take the matches from the table,
Strike a match and see it spark into flame easily.
Put the flame to the card box and set fire to it.
See the box slowly begin to burn on top of the little wooden boat.
Now gently push the boat out into the sea and watch it burn and get carried away by the fire,
The air and the salty water.
As you watch,
Connecting with the deepest part of your heart and saying thank you.
Truly feeling gratitude for everything you're releasing and any of the ways it helped a past version of you.
When we feel grateful,
We're able to let go with grace so that we can travel the rest of our journey lighter.
See this thing you are letting go of being released,
Eliminated,
Removed from your life forever,
Never to come back.
And you are already feeling so much lighter,
Like a weight has been lifted,
Like something has shifted.
You're feeling more peace,
More calm,
You have more stability,
More clarity.
Now I invite you to take a deep breath in and as you inhale,
Visualize a white light entering through the crown of your head and being drawn down through your body.
This light fills every organ,
Every system,
Every cell and atom of your body as it moves through.
Cleansing your energy,
Clearing your aura,
Removing any trace of anything that no longer serves you,
Eliminating any limiting beliefs.
The light leaves your body through your feet and enters the earth to be transformed,
Healed by the earth and converted into clear energy.
See the light continuing to enter with every in-breath and expanding around your body,
Extending out like a protective bubble.
This light allows only positive energy and vibrations in and it keeps out any unwanted or unhelpful vibrations.
You are protected by this bubble of healing white light.
I'm going to repeat some affirmations now to help you continue to release.
You can just allow my words to wash over you gently.
There's no need to listen intently or try to repeat them.
Just let your subconscious mind absorb these words,
Even if you're sleeping already.
You are releasing any regrets,
Shame or self-blame,
Letting go of any wishing you could change the past.
The past is history and peace is found in letting it be.
You forgive,
Love and accept yourself fully.
You are letting go of any willing or wanting to force the future.
The future is not ours to force.
We create the future by allowing it to flow through us in this moment with ease and grace.
You are releasing any old patterns,
Cycles and beliefs that are no longer aligned with your highest potential.
Releasing any unhealthy attachments that no longer support you.
You are choosing you.
Saying yes to an aligned future that nurtures you and supports your growth and evolution.
You are now free from any unhelpful habits that once helped you to survive.
You are releasing anything that no longer serves you.
Letting go with love and gratitude for the lessons and the growth.
This new version of you is lighter,
Happier,
More present and more peaceful.
You're feeling so calm and confident about your future.
You feel lighter and so much more free.
You are surrendering to the universe now.
Surrendering to the abundant,
Aligned life that wants to be birthed through you.
This recording is coming to an end and if you haven't already done so,
When I count down from 10 to 1 in a moment,
You will drift off to the most blissful,
Peaceful and healing deep sleep.
When you wake up in the morning,
You will be feeling refreshed,
Revitalized,
Re-energized and enthusiastic to start a new day.

To your own inner peace.
So optimistic about the future,
Confident and relaxed.
