Hello dear friend,
For the next 10 minutes or so I invite you to let go of all your worries,
Fears and doubts.
Let go of the past,
Let go of the future and become present in the here and now.
We live in a world where everything takes place in a blink of an eye,
Feeding our expectation and demand of instant gratification.
When things don't happen fast,
We start to panic,
Believing that we might have done something wrong,
Or that we failed somehow.
In this meditation I invite you to relax your body and calm the mind and embrace the energy of peace and joy,
Slowly but surely settling deeply within the core of your being,
In the every cell,
Atom and molecule of your being.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable posture,
Elongate the spine,
Decompress the shoulders and let them drop gently.
Release any tension in your neck by leaning your head to your left shoulder,
Back to center and gently to your right shoulder and back to center.
Have your feet firmly planted on the ground,
Press down each corner of your feet deeply into the ground,
Your hands resting in your lap,
Palms facing up.
Adjust your posture so you can feel rooted in your body,
But at the same time flexible to relax and feel calm.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and begin focusing your awareness inward and noticing your inner landscape.
Let the breath become effortless and peaceful,
Counting your inhales as one and your exhales as two.
Keep breathing like this and allow the body to sink into a deep relaxation,
Softening the muscles around your neck,
Releasing any tightness and suppressed emotions in your neck and throat.
Fill up your tummy and lungs with air and as you exhale,
Allow your tummy to curl around your spine,
Squeezing all the air out.
Become aware of your mind and notice where is your awareness.
Let go of the need to interact,
Change or edit any of your thoughts.
Simply observe them entering your awareness and then exiting your awareness.
They are not here to stay for too long,
So don't give them your attention.
Feel the body getting heavier and heavier,
Moving towards the earth.
Notice all points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Let gravity help your body to sink deeper and deeper with every breath.
I will count the breaths backwards from 10 to 1.
With every breath,
Imagine going deeper and deeper.
Breathe in,
Slowly pause.
Breathe out,
Relax.

Continue breathing and counting in your own time.
Let go of the counting and become aware of your body.
Notice if there is any tightness,
Tension or discomfort anywhere in your body.
Let go of what you are holding onto right now.
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Energetically.
Let go of your judgments,
Attachments,
Expectations.
Just let go and become aware of your breathing,
Being and meditating in this moment.
Softening and relaxing all the muscles in your arms and legs.
Let them get loose and float in this moment.
Bringing your awareness to your heart space.
Your heart is the most intelligent organ in your body and the first one to be created in the embryo.
Settle your awareness in your heart space and notice what is going on in there for you.
What do you feel in your heart?
Take a conscious breath in and out.
What sits heavy on your heart right now?
Keep breathing and imagine your heart expanding with every breath.
Getting bigger and bigger and connecting with a collective heart.
Keep breathing and activate the energy of love.
Unconditional love that's always there in your heart for yourself and the whole world.
Surround your physical body and mind with love,
Peace and joy.
Sense love spreading,
Seeping through your body and mind.
When love rests in your body and mind,
You feel at peace and playful in your heart.
You realize that you are already where you are meant to be.
You trust that life always unfolds in the most beautiful and graceful way.
For the benefit of your higher self.
There is no need of pushing,
Pulling and forcing things.
Breathe in peace and breathe out peace.
Breathe in joy and breathe out joy.
Breathe in peace and breathe out peace.

Imagine relaxing in the stillness and silence of a clear blue lake.
Notice how serene and peaceful the lake is.
Visualize the peacefulness of the lake being transferred to you,
Your body and your mind.
